I can’t thank Adriana’s Bridal enough for the incredible service they provided while helping my friend find her perfect wedding dress. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive.
They listened to exactly what my friend was looking for and offered expert guidance without any pressure. The entire process, from fittings to alterations, was seamless and stress-free, and they made my friend feel so special every step of the way.
The dress they helped her choose is absolutely stunning and fits like a dream. I highly recommend Adriana’s Bridal to anyone looking for not just a beautiful dress, but an unforgettable experience.

Take your money and walk away!

I had a highly disappointing experience with Adriana’s Bridal. I purchased a custom-made wedding dress in excess of £1,500, expecting a high standard of quality and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, the dress I received was of poor quality, with subpar materials and workmanship that did not justify the price at all!

I expressed my dissatisfaction upon inspecting the dress. However, I was forced to take it with me, for them to turn around and tell me - go ahead and issue proceedings if you’re not happy, you took the dress which means you were satisfied.

While I understand that custom dresses are non-returnable under their terms, consumer law requires that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described—standards this dress did not meet. To add to the frustration, attempts to resolve the matter amicably have been dismissed completely.

Adriana is lovely up until you give her your money. She missed appointments and blamed me for her terribly quality materials and the fact that “I chose them”.

This has been an incredibly upsetting experience for what should have been a joyful occasion. I would not recommend Adriana’s Bridal, they have fallen short in both product quality and customer service.

We are currently pursuing legal action against this business so save your money, effort and time and go somewhere else!

I was with my friend on the day she collected her custom-made wedding dress from Adriana’s Bridal, and the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. The dress was of very poor quality. The materials were cheap, the workmanship was terrible, and the end result did not reflect the price she paid. My friend was in tears wearing the dress, yet Adriana insisted there was nothing wrong and that she had to take it with her.

What’s worse is that Adriana claimed she works with Wed2B and handles their alterations, which turned out to be completely untrue. When we visited Wed2B, they confirmed they had never heard of her. It became clear that Adriana misled my friend, knowing her dress options were between Adriana’s Bridal and Wed2B. She even conveniently priced the dress at what she thought the combined cost of a Wed2B dress and alterations would be, ensuring she could compete.

The entire experience was distressing, and my friend has been left with a dress that doesn’t reflect the time, money, or trust she invested. I cannot recommend Adriana’s Bridal to anyone—it’s clear they prioritize profit over honesty, quality, and customer satisfaction.

It was my first appointment today with Adriana and she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have a second hand dress that I'd like to make quite a few changes to and she really made me feel confident and excited to see how it turns out!

Edit: I was so happy with my finished dress! I wanted the back made into a keyhole and also sleeves added, the only way to do this was remake the whole top part. I loved the original lace of my dress and wanted to find something for the top that would match the skirt well, Adriana did such a good job in finding some for this! She also took the skirt up as it was too long for me. I had so many compliments on it and everyone was amazed that the top had been totally remade. Adriana was so lovely to work with, got everything done in a short time frame and just made me feel super comfortable and confident. I would really recommend her for any alterations you have in mind!

I did not attend Adriana’s Bridal personally, but I feel compelled to share the upsetting experience my wife endured in the hopes of warning others. She purchased a custom-made wedding dress in excess of £1,500, expecting high-quality work and materials. Instead, what she received was far from what was promised—poorly stitched dress using cheap materials that were in no way worth the price paid.

The process of trying to resolve this issue has been equally disappointing, with the business unwilling to provide any meaningful resolution or acknowledge the distress caused. My wife had to purchase two dresses for our wedding day because the one from Adriana’s Bridal was unwearable.

I strongly urge anyone considering Adriana’s Bridal to think twice and look elsewhere. This experience has caused unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting and happy time.

Incredible, incredible shop!!! The nicest man helped me find the perfect prom dress for me and was so kind and helpful! Truly, the best service and place I could find. It was a bit of a fluke that we found it, so I’m hoping to help as many people as possible discover this gem.

I really wish it was possible to give 0 stars. Accompanied my friend to get a custom wedding dress from here and we were initially thinking of also getting dresses for all the bridesmaids but it was a blessing in disguise that we did not.

The initial consultation went great but once the process of making the dress started, we should have realized something was wrong. The initial fitting was forgotten, leaving my friend taking time off work for absolutely nothing being told at the time that the appointment was mistakenly not booked into their diary and no work was done on the dress thus far.

Time for the final fitting and collection of the dress which was just 3 weeks before the wedding, the craftsmanship was below anything you would expect for a custom wedding dress with the quality of materials used being even worse. Of course, we were told nothing could be done when we voiced our concerns and were left to find another dress within 3 weeks whilst having to pay for a 2nd dress at this time. Due to the poor quality of the dress and dissatisfaction, my friend insisted she did not want the dress but the owners insisted we take the dress as it was custom made but you can tell they were also not proud of the quality.

This issues has tried to be resolved with the owners but unfortunately no compensation has been given. It has been an overall terrible experience.

Please do not waste your time or money going here.

Had a really lovely experience trying on wedding dresses. I found my dress from here after truly struggling to find what I was looking for. Thank you to the owners who truly understand the customers needs and take time to make sure you are happy with you decision. Adriana is a true expert in wedding dress design and cannot speak highly of her. Keep being as amazing as you are 🙂
