I have been a customer since day one. I used to go there because of the European selection that had on items. The past couple of years there have been attempts with scam prices but it was always a European lady selling o short it immediately.
A new owner has been there since 3 weeks ,
The reason that today was my last day to step in there it’s because :
As shown in the receipt, I bought a Pringles that the price shown was 2,25. When I saw he scanned it and came up to 2,79, I told him and I brought the price tag of 2,25.
He said the usual excuse that has been a promotion and finish yesterday night but he will do minus the difference. He supposedly lower the item grocery from 99p to 75p as shon in the receipt, the difference was 54p but he only lowered 24p. It’s not the amount it’s that he still tried to scam me after I asked him have you lowered the difference and he said 2 yes. The mindset and principle is to rob the customer. Never ever back there again , I promise to my dignity!

Great little store recently opened.
Prices vary a little from cheap to a little expensive for some items but honestly not bad for a local shop.
Always a friendly welcome though from the staff and the range of products is massive for the size of the store.
Definitely worth a visit if you live on the Ashcroft Estate.
Have different flavours in Lays crisps, these are made by Walkers but you can only usually get them whilst in Europe so great idea.

I went into the spar store to buy chocolates and crisps for my siblings and I had an amazing customer service from Kush. He was very helpful and very kind and always helping out to get me what I need. I highly recommend you to pay a visit to spar. Very lovely customer service

Spar is very good, and prices are really good. The staff are exceptional especially Vidhi she is a very good example of customers service and care. Overall there are no real negatives.
