Lots of variety in this store, always good store standards and the prices for some items are the cheapest around. Easy to checkout and pay contactless.

Not the best location, I would shop at QD more if it was at a retail park.

Always forget this shop but it has a great selection of Xmas decorations and gifts. Was lovely to browse round. Wasn't too sure about the dead santa though 🤣🤣🤣

What lovely staff work at QD Bedford Town store. Always friendly and helpful. Today a member of staff asked if i wanted an item. I looked at it and realised I'd chosen the wrong one. I said so sorry, i meant to get the other. Hold on, and she went and got the item i wanted. How superb is that! What fantastic staff you have working for you QD. Thank you. Ian.

A great place to do your shopping, good prices , great staffing there. We my wife has become good friends with Sarah who works at the QD. We always stop in to find out if Sarah is working no matter how S. work day has been she'll have a beautiful smile for you. QD keep up the great job, thanks Sarah!

I like to think of this place as the upmarket version of other stores. No rose gold to be seen. A wide variety of goods, in fact if you need something for the home this should be your first stop. Excellent prices and an adequate quality. Staff are polite and chatty. When asked where something was I got a very detailed explanation and as was close by didn't need to be shown. Shop assistant was happy to help. Great store and staff.

Its a nice shop and all that. Staff are usually lovely - but I bought the wrong item by mistake. I brought it back unused, unopened with labels and everything intact - including the receipt - all within a few days. Nothing was touched! I asked could they please give me a refund, and they said they never do refunds…. I swear it was in consumer rights law to receive a full refund if requested!… but there you are… I could be wrong… Just making other people aware in case they fall into the same trap as me.

Nice big store, well laid out and well stocked. Hardy anyone in the shop so browsed comfortably at my own pace. Though I was only getting prices of tote/storage crates for my art projects and craft items, quite a wide choice, so bound to return.
