This was a really great experience with them.

I am a Van driver from Romania,doing all sorts of transports from Romania to Uk and Scotland. My van broke down in the tesco besides the service. i went and asked if they could help me and they did everything in their power to help me. The issue was my crankshaft pulley on a 2022 fiat ducato with a diffrent engine then the one it came with from new. They called evrywhere for the part,even called old firends,scrapyards and more. The part coudn't arrive in a good time for me to go on the road again. They let me sleep in my van in front of their service (i have a bed in my van). They greeted me with coffe and tried to help me how they could. We didin't find the part that i was looking for new,so they welded my crankshaft pulley and hoped for the best that i can get back to my homecountry to do the proper fixing and the most important part for me,to get home safe.

Thx guys really cool team and boss. Hope to see u soon,but not with any problems on the van next time!!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!..Bought a car from them which turned out to be faulty. After a couple of weeks of having the car, it kept losing power. I was still within my "3 month warranty'", however they did very little to help. Every time I dropped the car off to the garage, they claimed they cleaned some filters and the car is now fine. However it was not.. Mike eventually agreed that I could do an exchange. The car which I showed an interest in, he called back a day before I was going to view it, to say there was a fault with the car. After finding another car on their website; he then let me travel 15 miles to view a ford fiesta. Let me take it for a test drive and told me I could have the car. He advised me that he would check the car over, service it and let me know when it would be ready to pick up. After not hearing from him, I called back 4 days later. Only to be told that the fiesta is also faulty (surprise surprise). Doesn't seem like they have any road worthy cars in their garage. After confronting him, Mike admitted that he had no intention of doing the exchange. Just giving me the run around basically.. Very unprofessional behaviour. The cars which I was advised had a fault, are still on their website for sale. So it seems as though they are knowingly selling their customers faulty cars. Dishonest, unprofessional and a bunch of time wasters. STAY AWAY! I WISH I DID!!

Cars are at very good price and v clean. Car developed an issue on way home. Andy and mike arrange a pick up of the car from home address the next morning and had problem diagnosed and fixed within 3/4 hours. Offered to deliver car back.

Both were a pleasure to deal with with, excellent and very prompt responses. Brilliant customer service.

Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff made buying my new car a stress free experience. Couldn't recvlnend them highly enough. The previous negative reviews seem to be by the same person with an agenda. Same spelling mistakes on each one? Very fishy.

Bought a fifteen year old one owner car with full main dealer service history from here.
As I live 400 odd miles from Houghton I had plenty of questions, numerous emails were exchanged, all were promptly answered, when I phoned, again answers were provided & if they hadn't looked at something they were up front & honest & told me so. The car looked right & a brief inspection when I arrived was enogh to convince me to buy, ( absolutely no pressure at all). formalities were completed without problem & the car had a faulltless test drive home for 420 miles.
I would definately by from them again.

The car I purchased was not in the condition I had expected, it shouldn't have passed MOT without advisories. I had to take car to be serviced 2 weeks after purchasing when service light came on, and need to replace all tyres and exhaust. I have a list of advisories from service centre. I forgot to check for service book and the salesman stopped responding to my questions asking for it.

Have bought cars from this trader before and have ignored the poor attitude from the salesman as they had the car I wanted at a good price. Had a problem with my most recent purchase and rang for advice - no help whatsoever, just condescending and rude. Shame because the cars they sell are good prices!
