Wow!! A beautiful shop with gorgeous dresses. The staff were amazing, so helpful. They assisted in finding styles of dresses my daughter wanted, swapped dresses in/out of changing room and advised on various styles. A lovely experience. She said yes to the most gorgeous dress 🙂

I'd sought the help of Bridal Italia after a recommendation from a friend and seeing it appear in Google searches. My wedding was coming up in June 2025, and I went in January 2025 for an initial appointment. Within 3 weeks, they had completed both stages of alterations which meant my dress was ready in good time! All three ladies there were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful with my outside bridal alteration requirement! My dress was taken in several dress sizes, which they cheerfully did after giving me some advice so I could consider alternative options (, even reaching out to me late at night and early in the morning to respond to my queries). It had a few other careful and seamless adjustments too, which were performed skillfully. They even kept the trimmings/fabric from my dress in respect of my request. Highly recommendable! This was our second dress shop trying on prom dresses and by far the best! First time we went they gave my daughter some discs to put on the dresses she liked. We were then given a dressing room and they brought them in one by one. My daughter has quite bad anxiety and was worried that she would have to get dressed infront of them but that was not the case. They allowed me to get her into the dress and then they came in to fasten or clip dresses that were too big etc to make sure my daughter got the best idea of how they looked fitted. My daughter fell in love with 2 dresses and couldn’t decide. We went for coffee and she still couldn’t decide so we decided to come back another time. We went back yesterday and she went for the first dress she fell in love with!

The staff were amazing 🤩 we saw both sisters at each of her appointments and the atmosphere in the shop is one of positivity, love and absolutely no pressure. (One dress shop was almost shouting at her to make an instant decision and was telling her off when she said she wasn’t sure. They then sent lots of txt messages asking when we were ordering and because it had been a few busy days - one day bring her 16th she stared sending messages with Hello?). What we loved about Bridal Couture was they were literally at the end of the phone / email to answer any questions but very much let us take the lead with communication.

They allow you to take photos so she could see what she looked like whole trying to decide etc

It’s a stunning shop, amazing choice of dresses in different colours, styles and prices (even Dad was impressed!). I throughly recommend this amazing dress shop! Side note my daughter is made up with the little goodies she got for saying yes to the dress and loves her pen with the stylus on the end 😂-

We bought my daughter's prom dress yesterday from this shop. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, very friendly and informative. We had time to browse first and select the dresses to try on. They were displayed well and not too crammed in so it was easy to select the dresses to try on. She tried on nearly 8 dresses and I would say 5 were strong contenders. We had an unucessful and very long visit at another store previously so I was worried we weren't going to get fixed up. Was recommended by her friend who got hers from this shop last year who said they had a good selection and we were really impressed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The staff are so helpful and listen to all of your requests and preferences to help you find the perfect dress.

They have a large selection of dresses and colours, would 100% recommend to anyone looking to find their prom dress.

Bought two absolutely stunning dresses from here for both my daughters. The staff are welcoming and very friendly and certainly look after you. We travelled from Warrington as my youngest daughter didn’t want to go anywhere else since her sister came here for her prom dress.
