Love Chic Happens, only discovered last year in 2021 when I was invited into the group by my daughter. My first purchase was the Christmas Super soft leggings and I haven’t stopped buying since. What an amazing business, can’t wait to visit the new store which won’t be until next year, however we have booked the Style Suite for that extra special experience. Claire and everyone involved are incredible people, especially to have pulled off moving the store and continuing to keep the business open, even to continue the Tuesday Style drops and Friyay Fashion fix, absolutely amazing. I really don’t know where you get your energy from but it sure is your passion Claire, go for it aim big and reach for the stars. Highly recommend and will continue to purchase many many more times, I love Chic.. xxx

If you have never bought from Chic Happens then where have you been?!!!
Claire and her team are truly your style angels. I was introduced to their FB page via a friend and the quality of and range of products are unique, stylish and beautiful for every day. Meaning you can be Cinderella everyday with gorgeous clothes and at a great price. The whole ethos of bring a group of women together and uplifting and supporting each other is truly awe-inspiring. update Claire now has an amazing 3 store premises in Chorley which delivers exceptional customer service at all times. Even when she was upgrading the business from small unit to the 3 story building Chic is now home too. Her communication is excellent and she keeps you informed every step of the way. That personal attention to detail is something these big brands could take note off !!

I love everything about Chic Happens. This boutique is my therapy. The shop is a beauty in itself however the clothes selection is fabulous. Absolutely amazing boutique with fabulous clothing at a very reasonable price. The community and support that Claire and the Team have created is truly brilliant and goes beyond just selling clothes. We are part of a warm, inclusive and supportive group of ladies. The variety of clothing is excellent and all tastes and sizes are catered for. The ‘Lives’ bring the items to life really showcase how they can be brought together. The tips and hints ensure the outfits are stylish whilst being comfy and definitely encourage you to try new things.

Buying clothes online can be difficult finding the correct size or knowing if it will fit you! Chic Happens uses social media to feel like you are in the shop, if you sign up to their FB page you can watch their live videos of Claire trying on the clothes and showing you how they will look. She explains clearly what sizes and heights clothes will fit too. They have a lovely selection of bags and scarves etc... as well. I genuinely feel they have something for everyone. The service is great, their website chat really helpful when you have questions before you buy. Personally I like the fact I’m supporting an independent business, and buying something different to the high street.

Chic Happens is so much more than a boutique, it's a little slice of girly Heaven. The friendly team make every customer feel special and their styling advice is always spot on. The owner Claire has an amazing talent for sourcing the most perfect clothes for every shape and size. I defy anyone to leave the shop empty-handed, and not already planning their next visit.

Haven’t managed to visit the new shop yet but I will. Chic Happens is my go to for every occasion. Fabulous quality items of clothing that suit every shape, size and budget. The weekly lives are unmissable - seeing the clothes modelled makes a massive difference to the on line shopping experience. Once you have experienced a bit of Chic, you won’t shop anywhere else.

I discovered the WONDERFUL CHIC HAPPENS in September 2020, when I visited them for birthday shopping treat after a recommendation. What a fantastic experience I had. I was made to feel so welcome the moment I stepped foot into the Boutique and inevitably came away with several new additions to my wardrobe. I have since become a regular visitor to both the Boutique, when restrictions allow and their online store. Claire, Jo and the rest of the team are always on hand to make stylish suggestions and you’re always made to feel amazing.
I cannot recommend this place enough!
