Cannot thank perfect little thing enough. I have shopped on the high street, searched through websites looking for adorable clothes. However, always disappointed with the same old rack rail of similar dresses, outfits. Then I found this Gem, I have found stunning clothes, been able to pair up outfits for the kids so they coordinate. People always comment on how they look so beautifully presented. What tops it off is the Women who own / work here. Nothing is too much to ask and always with a smile. Always feel special with how the clothes are wrapped and presented. Thank you

I've been using this company for over a year...and must say they are brilliant...the clothes are of fantastic standard,the packaging is well labelled and secured and the delivery has always been on time stated.
Any issues I may have come across have always been sorted with a quick respond I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered my friend a shawl cream with beige ribbon. She picked this because of the home coming outfit she had chosen for baby. I received a white shawl with white ribbon. When I contacted perfect little thing by phone no answer, ending up in emailing war. I was told they don't do cream shawl with beige ribbon but my confirmation stated it was accepted. I was basically told tough if I wasn't happy return and reorder the correct shawl!! I stated it was their fault..and why didn't anyone contact me and explain this wasn't a option instead of sending a replacement? Now iv had to spend the day trying to find a replacement as my friend is very near to having baby. It's been a nightmare of a order and certainly do not recommend them

We bought our little girls coming home outfit absolutely amazing, she looked adorable coming home. Nothing wasn’t to much trouble for the lady in the shop I think she was called leonie. Will be shopping again for summer. One happy parent.

Fantastic little find from a fb add, thanks to royal mail my parcel was delayed but Adele and team were fantastic constantly keeping in touch with me. Received the most gorgeous order, all wrapped in tissue. The Peter rabbit range is the the cutest things I've ever seen. Will 100% order again

Placed an order with Perfect Little Thing back in March, as we absolutely fell in love with a ‘coming home outfit’ for our newborn due in July 2023. Upon receiving the order we stored it away safely, however when getting the order out to preparing our hospital bag we noticed there was a tear on the outfit, meaning the button was unable to close. We paid just shy of £50 for this order, which included the full outfit and hat, however we only needed the jacket on the outfit replacing.
I contacted Perfect Little Thing straight after noticing the tear, with a photo of the outfit, which also showed it still had a tag on explaining the issue and asked if they were able to replace it, or at least offer us a heavy discount, given it was unworn.

Initially I didn’t hear anything back from my email request, so I called in and the lady on the phone was fairly helpful and told me it shouldn’t be an issue and she was sure they would be able to replace it. Shortly after this call I received an email from Nick Beetson (Director), who explained the order had expired it’s return period and they could offer me a free personalisation (worth £5) on a replacement. I responded informing Nick I felt quite hard done by being offered £5 discount, having spent circa £50 on the order and it was unworn, so clearly a quality issue their side. I then had to chase Nick again the following day, as I did not get a response, where I was offered 20% of the next order (equating to £5.20), which is just laughable.

Very poor experience overall, and extremely unhappy with the quality and service from the company in general.
