The turnaround was very efficient. Tap cartridges are a minefield for the uninitiated or as a first adventure into plumbing, such as was the case for me.

From photos supplied, identification was made and ordered the same day and they fitted perfectly.

I recently ordered replacement ceramic tap cartridges. My Bristow tap is not that old but they don't do the cartridge anymore. You supplied after market replacements which were just the job. Good pricing, quick delivery and a helpful leaflet to boot. Fitted them today and they are fine.

Products easy to find on website, purchased my tap cartridge online and it was delivered the next day. Thought I had ordered the wrong part but after talking to their really helpful sales support line (Naomi) she gave me some help and the part fitted perfectly. I ordered two tap cartridges that were delivered very quickly. However unknown to TM ltd there were manufacturing problems.
I checked with the customer service desk and they checked. With no hesitation a new set were delivered the next and fitted. Perfect😊

Great company. My plumber has been messing me about so I did part of the job myself, wasn't overly sure if I'd identified the correct cartridge so I called TapMagician. The lady who answered was very helpful and let me send a photo of the cartridge to ensure I buy the correct one. The standard postage option arrived next day and included clear fitting instructions....I fit it without any issue.

This is honestly the kind of company service I wish every company provided. Would 100% order from again and have saved the site ready for the next plumbing job!

I recently needed a new cartridge for a quarter turn tap and looking on the Internet quickly realised it was something of a minefield with dozens of variants available. I'd heard good things about Tap Magician. I Emailed them with a photo of my cartridge and of my tap. The same day I received an image of a compatible replacement with a video on how to replace it. I placed the order mid morning and received it the following morning, not guaranteed.
The replacement was of a good quality accompanied by instructions on how to fit it. Job done in 20 minutes and I am no DIYer. I would unreservedly recommend this company for quality of service and speed of response.

I received outstanding service from Tap Magician. From enquiry to solution took less that 24 hours! I sent a photo of the cartridge with code numbers and within 10 minutes I had a replacement recommended. I ordered it online at 2.30 pm. It arrived in the post the next day, and was fitted successfully. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As someone else has said in their review, this is a perfect model of how an online business should run - a delight to deal with!
