We ordered some replacement doors for our aging Ikea kitchen. The customer service was really helpful when I wanted to check about measuring. The doors arrived on the day they said they would and are really good quality and a perfect fit. We love the Matt Kombu Green colour! We are looking to replace the rest of the kitchen doors soon so we will definitely be going back to Kitchen Door Outlet.

After the first delivery was dumped outside my house, the boxes all torn up and the cupboard doors severely damaged, I was forced to accept a replacement instead of a refund. The replacements also arrived damaged, but the company have a bizarre set of made up terms and conditions which are not inline with consumer law, and are trying to avoid refunding. There is a reason they are cheap, and I would avoid using this company unless you are prepared to waste A LOT of time trying to get what you ordered!

Awful customer service.
The door was suppose to turn up yesterday the lorry did but not the door
I had to chase it to make sure it was turning up and it did today
The door was measured by me on the phone and the lady on the other end converted it into mm the door was way off in measurements
I think if I had of guessed it it would have been closer
I phoned to say how can it have gone so wrong to be told it was my fault by the rudest girl ive ever spoken to in my life! and I wont be given the door I asked and paid for
So I'm now stuck with a door i cannot use
I would now never use this company again.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Can't cancel or amend an order, even can't cancel the delivery after placing it 1 hour, not mention product return. Very bad customer service experience
Be careful when buying from this company. Once you place an order, you have only 1 hour window to change your mind, after 1 hour, you can't cancel the order, and can't even cancel the delivery.

I ordered 3 plinths on 30 Nov. night and arranged delivery on 13 Dec. On 4 Dec. I contacted Kitchen Door Outlet to cancel the order. But, they said the products in production and are customised, I can't cancel it. So, I requested to cancel the delivery and refund the delivery fee. they said each order has 1 hour window to amend, afterwards nothing can change. so I can't cancel the order, and can't cancel the delivery. Then I requested who is their supplier. they told me the supplier is OS Doors but refused to tell me any contact. I found the supplier online and contact them. The OS Doors said they were not allowed to talk to me and told me to ask Kitchen Door Outlet to contact them. Of course, I again contacted KDO and got refused again. It's getting ridiculous. I couldn't cancel an order which is arranged to be delivered 9 days later and I couldn't cancel a delivery arranged for 9 days later, even I agreed no refund needed. At the end, all I requested is not to delivery those plinths because it's not cheap to remove them in London. Horrible customer services!

Doors were delayed and now we have no way of organising when someone will be there to receive.
I'm posting this as I'm very worried that they will just be dumped outside when noone is there.There was a problem at the factory and all deliveries were delayed. We had ordered for them to arrive when my fitter would be there, but he now has to go to another job and so there won't be anyone there. I called the company and they said there is nothing they can do, and that they can only give us a 10 hour time window. This seems ridiculous. Other companies are much more flexible. Please help Kitchen door Outlet. We have already been severely inconvenienced, surely you should be bending over backwards to help?
