Conveniently located off Lottbridge Drove, opposite Morrisons and Dunelm Mill, and next to Aldi. A poor selection of stores including Costa, Halfords, and B&Q. The massive downside is B&Q's draconian approach to the use of the car park. Be warned ⚠️ don't even think about conveniently parking here and taking your time to have a bite to eat at Costa, then have a relaxing look round the stores, or combining with visiting Dunelm across the road once you've finished shopping at this retail park, you'll get a massive fine. The parking rules are a minefield, and a Google search of 'B&Q parking fines' reveals plenty of hapless victims. Make sure you read and understand the parking restrictions, I can't advise you about the parking. My solution is to avoid this retail park. If I have to go there, no browsing, just click, collect, and go.

Loads of gr8 stuff! B'nQ, wonderful! Gr8 range: I bought some electrical heat shrink wrap used for insulation. Really didn't expect to see that there but as the store serves a bigger coastal town than Hastings, where we live, a larger, more comprehensive stock can be held. If a car is available, a 12-13 mile drive is well worth the journey, from Hastings or Bexhill.

I love the fact that this is on a bus route (Loop/8), there is also a free carpark to those that are shopping there. You have B&Q, Halfords, Costa, Dunelm, Morrisons across the way and also Aldi just a short distance away. If you're feeling peckish you can grab a burger or hot dog from Sharon's burger van located by B&Q, her food is super tasty and at a great price!

Food was OK nothing special. Nice surroundings staff were lovely . Prices were in my view a tad pricy. £ 14 for a roast . ? For 4 meals and drinks it came to over £100. And it's not as if it was a restaurant. Will give it a miss methinks next time . !

A good place to go. I particularly liked the cafe with such helpful staff. There's a nice store selling a great range of items including garden wear, home wear, food, etc. Definitely somewhere to go back to.
