I was very nervous prior to my appointment as I’m not a very confident person and with this also being my first bridal appointment but I left with my dress! Juliette was very professional and helped me in and out of the dresses and made me feel at ease with changing in and out of the approx 10 dresses I tried on. There was no pushing for a sale which I really appreciated and whenever my Mum and I did discuss opinions Juliette left the room. A very pleasant experience overall and I really wasn’t expecting to buy at my first appointment but I am just so happy with my choice 🫶🏼🤗

I was so incredibly nervous about dress shopping, as I think a lot of people are! I had fully convinced myself that I would never find a dress I would love. I definitely did not expect to find my dress 1st try! Juliette was so kind and patient, she listened to my ideas but also made me try dresses I never would have picked. Every single dress I tried made me feel amazing. Even when I found 'my' dress there was no pushing from Juliette, she even reasured me to take my time. City Brides partnership with Blooming Perfect florists really helped to make the vision come alive, there were plenty of tears shed when the dress was paired with a veil and a bouquet.
Thank you again for helping me find my dress, I genuinely cannot wait to put it on again!

Visited with my friend to try on wedding dresses, reading the other reviews I really can't understand why our experience was so vastly different! Firstly, Google maps directs you to the back door which doesn't give the best first impression 😅 the atmosphere was very dull, there was no ambience or background music, so it felt quite awkward. The sales consultant didn't introduce herself and also didn't ask our budget (which is a big no no!) She also asked if my friend had any inspiration pictures and then just picked out things that were similar, with no encouragement or guidance to try other styles. She also left the dressing room each time and didn't help my friend with putting the dresses on/taking them off which was very odd! The dressing room was small so that may be why, but being expected to put on these huge, heavy dresses on your own is bizarre! Other staff were highly unprofessional and kept squeezing behind my friend to go into a store room/break room and talking about their prosecco breakfasts (translated to: drunk at work). The in-store florist walked off rudely when she heard my friend had already found a florist 😅 the deluxe experience included drinks and cupcakes - the cupcakes were cheap mini shop bought cakes! The whole experience was so uncomfortable, we only stayed for 45 minutes of our 2 hour slot. If you're looking to go dress shopping in Norwich, please, please book yourself an appointment with Pure Brides - it's a completely different calibre for the same appointment price! Their dresses are reasonably priced and a far superior quality, the experience there is a whole other level too! If City Brides had been our only experience my poor friend would have been devastated and truly deflated, would absolutely NOT recommend.

Juliette was absolutely incredible! Had a wonderful experience at City Brides- received such a warm welcome from the second I stepped into the shop, was quickly put at ease by Juliette. I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted, so I thought it will be quite difficult to pick something. However, Juliette was such an expert, after trying some different styles, I have walked out of the shop with MY DRESS reserved! Brilliant experience, would highly recommend! Thank you again!!!

I brought my dream wedding dress from City Brides for our beautiful winter wedding and on the day I had so many compliments. The dress looked absolutely stunning. I was so pleased with it. I had such a lovely experience at City Brides. Juliette is kind, patient, and so knowledgable, and her passion for wedding dresses is clear from the moment you step in the door! She left no stone unturned and really tuned into my style and what I like and dislike from the first dress we tried. I highly recommend visiting if you have no clue what you’re after, and are looking for some guidance and some beautiful dresses!

I cannot express how lovely and magical dress shopping was with Juliette at City Brides this weekend. As the brides wedding party we felt at ease with our own private room and we had a brilliant time with some music, prosecco and cake whilst the bride tried on multiple dresses (again and again until she was confident she found the one!) The dresses are stunning and there’s so many choices to choose from - so no need to shop elsewhere! Juliette was so relaxed and helpful, nothing was a problem and she had a lot of time and patience for us. We never felt ‘pushed’ to choose a dress, she was just happy to help but it was a bonus a dress was found! Thanks for a memorable experience and for helping our lovely bride say yes to the dress!
