I had a really positive fitting experience here. Beth explained everything really well, answered my questions and never made me fell rushed. The bra I settled on in the fitting is also the most comfortable I’ve ever worn so very pleased!

Bravissimo is the only place I feel comfortable buying bras. I was so excited to visit after not having a store near me at uni! Toni was so lovely & helpful. I didn’t feel rushed at all & they really made me feel comfortable trying things on.

I have used Brassimo store often over the years, staff always been friendly and helpful. Bra's are good quality and last for ages and not badly priced. Although I do like a variety which they have, But do not always have the size that I required but always offer to get this in for me. Well done Brassimo

So I went into the Norwich store today with a list of underwear that my wife wanted for Christmas. I asked for help with the size as my wife in a customer only to be told quite rudely that it’s not possible because of GDPR. I had my driving licence and I’d to prove who I was and that I just wanted to buy my wife her underwear. I was told again no chance. I appreciate the GDPR but I was not asking for anything other than assistance for her sizing to spend my budget of £400.

Here’s what’s going to happen now. We are a good customer and have been for many years. My wife will be in touch and you will remove all of her data from your company and we will never ever shop with you again.

There are other businesses we will spend our money with.
Very disappointed. Your team need to be better trained to make decisions and not be so blunt with people shopping.

Iv'e had your response which make the situation even worse as the team in the shop should have handled this way better. You need to have some staff training on this.

The friend who I was with was also shopping for his wife as we thought this would be a really nice thing to do.

Subsequently I have gifted my wife voucher but not for your stores.

Been here twice now for bra fitting. The lady at the downstairs till was lovely both times. Both my fitters on my visits were friendly and helpful. You were never made to feel rushed or like you were being too fussy. They're just really nice people 🙂
I brought along my 1 year old and partner, and they had no issues with them being in the waiting area while I was being fitted. One thing to note, that was the only downside, was not all the bras on their website are available in store in all sizes / colours. They can order them in if you want them, but obviously that means you have to wait.
For anyone after nursing bras, I recommend the Temptation by Hotmilk from here - really comfty and supportive and was the one I ended up buying both times I visited

Went to visit the store today with three other people to purchase some bras. On arrival the lady behind the till was chatting to a lady so I went upstairs to try and purchase some bras whilst the other three friends stayed downstairs. There was no one upstairs so I came back down to see if the lady downstairs was available. She wasn’t so I waited in the line by the till. We waited for over 5 minutes for the lady to even acknowledge we were there but she kept talking to the other lady. I appreciate that lady might have been a customer but to not even just smile at me and acknowledge me or say I’ll just be a minute after 5 minutes was rude. We all left the shop without buying any bras.

Wow what an experience I was so nervous but all the staff in the shop were so helpful! I booked a fitting for 1pm and Toni was amazing! She put me at ease and was just so normal and relatable! She went out of her way and made my experience so much more than I expected! Will never ever hesitate to visit this shop or have a fitting again ! Thanks so much!!!! Xx
