I have never received such poor service! The til in H&M home was closed. After questioning a member of staff who was at the H&M home til downstairs if they would be able to wrap the mugs upstairs, as I didn’t want them to break after leaving the store. Was told to go upstairs in the clothes part of the store and they would have tissue paper. Went upstairs paid and told to go back downstairs to have them wrapped. Went back downstairs to be told they can’t be wrapped downstairs and then I need to go back upstairs for a member of staff to go back down to get tissue paper to come back up. There was so apologies for the inconvenience of having to back up and down stairs multiple times. No one said sorry or let alone ever smiled and made me feel like I was the inconvenience. Disgusting service, I think the employees need to be taught some customer service skills.

2 levels, full of clothes. Spacious and tidy but this was early morning. Lift and escalators. Changing rooms are open now. Kids section is upstairs not separate shop as it used to be.

should put a big sign near the til area re. click and collect -→ LOCKER DOWNSTAIR
waited for 10mins at the til..then ur staff told me to go downstair to get my item
why cant riverside norwich h&m offer click n collect. more handy to park the car at retail park then the city centre

Not enough selection of mens clothing and needs variety of styles. Would be great if men had a whole shop floor of clothing to pick from. Staff are friendly and helpful.

All the staffs are fine, apart from an older lady which she is not. Its the second time that she served me. I took a bag of clothes for recycling, my app didn’t work, she refused just taking them to recycle!!! so I don’t carry the bags. I went upstairs, they took the bag when i said Its heavy, and they apologised they couldn’t give me points.,

Really disappointing trip today. Purchased a pair of trousers which ripped and had huge holes after ironing twice. I read online that to return a faulty item without a receipt you could receive an exchange for the current selling price which I was more than happy with. Spoke to a nice girl on the checkouts at lower ground who was lovely and just grabbed another colleague to check. The very young man with blonde hair (i think) was incredibly rude to the point that I was in literal shock. I'm 23 years old and work at a retail clothing company in the city and I have never in my life encountered such a rude and entitled member of staff. He took one look at the trousers said "we can't do anything its after 28 days" and walked off. I then said, can you at least recycle the material and he gave me a voucher, only because i suggested it, and even then he seemed like he couldn't get away fast enough. I contacted customer services who are now investigating the incident as the clothes are now at the store and I am left out of pocket. As someone who works in retail, if any member of management sees this I highly recommend you talk to this member of staff and consider whether you want him representing your store because it was truly embarrassing and gave me a terrible customer experience. To confirm i visited on 04/10.

Got served by a lovely girl who was working on bottom floor tills around 3 pm , really polite and a positive customer service attitude really friendly and honestly made my day just that little better when I walked out the store because I got served by the lovely girl who asked me how I am and had a chat really nice of her! Not many people these days have that level of customer service and honestly can say the best polite mannered lady! Thank you! Nicky x.
