Thieves. This company is a joke. Placed an order for over £100 only to be told over a week later they have none of it in stock. Had no contact from them since then. I’ve been waiting over a month and have received no refund or communication. Ignoring all my emails. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!

Despite some of the negative reviews I saw. My The Hundreds t shirt actually came and in the size I ordered. Great job! Felt like a mitzvah to give them a positive review because there is a lot of negative ones.

The worst and best retailer for street wearing clothing they have an amazing section of clothes but simply can't run a store online.. this place still owes me £60 a year later after sending emails, calls and letters trying to get my refund they all ended up being ignored.. would not recommend there online store!

This is the most horrible online shopping experience ever. I ordered a bag from Germany in July and after 3 weeks I still hadn‘t received any shipping info, then I contacted the customer service for twice and asked for a refund because it was too late. No response at all, so I opened a case on Paypal and they finally shipped my bag which I didn’t need anymore. When it was delivered, I refused to receive that, and it got returned to them on 28th August. Up to this moment, I still received neither a refund nor a reply of the THIRD E-mail in which I requested for a refund. Paypal just automatically closed the case and I could not do anything at this moment, as I can’t even call them directly from Germany. This is definitely a SCAM.

Addition comment after the response made by Main Source here: This is the first time that someone got back to me, but only here on Google Map, unfortunately. The fact is that they never replied to my E-mails and now they have even signed for the returned item but still haven’t issued me any refund. At the very beginning I have expressed twice my request for a refund/cancellation because I didn’t need the order, which was supposedly to be a gift, anymore after a three-week delay.

My 13 year old son popped into the store while I was next door. The lady working at the store, possibly the owner, treated like a regular customer and didn’t patronise him. Helped him with sizes and suggestions of what brands of clothing would fit him and which brands they stocked the smaller sizes of trainer in. He felt so chuffed as has more disposable income than I do so it was nice for him to be treated properly as he had money to spend. Will definitely shop online here going forward as we were only visiting Norwich. Highly recommend a visit to this store. They also stock quite a lot of limited edition stock too… thank you Nicky

I placed my order with main source and then found myself terrified by some of the Google reviews. I called the next day as I wanted to make sure the shop hadn't closed down.

48 hours after ordering, I received my items. I can only recommend main source and give them 5 stars for a fantastic service, great items and great prices.

Part of my order included a size that was out of stock, which wasn't displayed on the website until after I had placed said order. I was charged for it and have been waiting for months for a refund..
