We were extremely impressed with every aspect of our purchase, Mike and Sarah could not be more polite, helpful, and informative . Mike's visit to our home to measure up and provide a quote was first class he is very knowledgeable giving helpful advice and suggestions without being pushy. They have a excellent range of designs and colours and the quality of the products are excellent too. The fitters were very good and did a top class job, we could not have been happier with our purchase. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Grays again.

I am so pleased to be writing a review for this family run business, it has been a pleasure from start to finish. So kind, professional and friendly.
They visited in the first instance to discuss and take measurements. Within a very short time I had plans to examine and approve.

After further meetings, with advice on choosing the finishes, I have exactly the units I wanted. I appreciate that although the advice was there, I was definitely in control over the final choice. What great designs Mike created.

From the start to finish the service was 1st class. We've recently had a large kitchen and fitted wardrobes done. I know it's Mike's job, but his listening, suggestions and eye for detail were spot on. Told him roughly what I wanted, he came back with design and i didn't have to change a thing. Paul the fitter was spot on as well, arrived early, did a good day's work, was all finished when said would be.. Both guys were helpful, friendly and will totally be using again.

Greys are an excellent company to deal with, the team were professional and informative through the process of fitting a new Utility Room.
The Greys kitchen fitter was very polite, friendly and he clearly took great pride in his work.
