Called in today, stressed, to try and find my Christmas do outfit. I was an absolute pain trying to find a pair of trousers. I went to the store a while ago, and was greeted with the most racist member of staff. She had the most horrible blue eyeliner and short blonde hair, gosh she was a whole Karen. She first started by being indirectly rude. She then mocked my use of speaking in a different language. She proceeded to say that it sounded as though I called her a cow and called me out for speaking words other than English words. She was threatening and had no sense of customer service, extremely rude. She shouted at me and my family as we left the store claiming that she provided ‘good’ customer service, I’ve never been treated so shockingly. I advise for this woman to be trained again as she had a disgusting attitude, one to be spat upon.

Was served Sunday morning by a lady, who was far more interested in the conversation she was having with her colleague than to greet a customer or pay attention to what she was doing!! No please or thank yous. I think it’s extremely rude to carry on chit chatting to a colleague whilst serving a customer and make them feel they are invisible.
Next time I’d rather shop elsewhere because Peacocks doesn’t invest in customer service!!
