First visit today. Friendly welcome. Very accommodating. Had pancakes with fresh fruit and one with bacon. Plenty of maple syrup, which was fabulous, as most places are very stringent with the syrup. Lovely tea, and also coffee. Lovely atmosphere. Definitely visit again.

This was one of the best, if not best full English breakfasts we’ve had! Chose the all day option from the lunch menu this morning, arrived promptly, hot and absolutely delicious. It’s actually pretty rare to find a breakfast cooked with every element bang on, but it was certainly managed here. A request for black pudding to be added to one was met with great grace (and I have to say it was cooked to perfection and of great quality). We got a service checkback from the lovely lady who looked after us. The coffee was delicious, the toilets nice and clean and the place was, quite rightly, bustling with a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended!

Came here on occasion in 24 hours due to camping nearby. Had a meal the first time which we didn’t have to wait too long for and was great and then a take away coffee the next day was excellent. The people working here are very friendly and chatty and the ambience is really cosy. Felt very autumnal while we were there! Highly recommend.

We went here today for breakfast with our toddler and had an incredible experience. The waitresses were so helpful and, as I was waiting in the car for my son to wake up, they even offered to recook both of our breakfasts. The fact that they have a designated children’s room with a stair gate and a couple of boxes of toys meant that our breakfast was a lot easier to eat! Our son enjoyed playing and didn’t want to leave. The food itself was all made with good quality ingredients and the smoothies were also amazing. It was our best breakfast and definitely will be returning again.

I have been told by several people that this was a rather nice place to have something light to eat, we were in the area looking for lunch. We walked in and we told that we couldn't order anything off the menu apart from drink as the have started a new Sunday roast menu starting from 12:30, and it was 12. We were seated upstairs were the play room was, basically 2 boxes of kids toys and a stair gate over the door, other people where seated in the same area within children when there was other seating available. It was a struggle to get them to make 1 piece of toast, for the toddler that was with us. We ordered 2 coffees a sausage roll and salad that was from the cold counter. No cutlery was given, or offered.
The floor was dirty with food from previous customers.
Customer service was pretty poor, the selection of cakes was also pretty poor, they looked bought in rather than made in house.
The coffee wasn't presented very well, neither was the sausage roll.
There is a small area outside next to a busy road to sit.
Over all disappointed I expect far better.

The Willows Cafe Bistro is located at 6 Drayton High Rd, Norwich NR8 6AF. The no. of parking spaces are around 6, very limited. Or you may choose to stay at the nearby Tesco Superstore around 7 minutes drive ahead and walk back towards the Cafe. Food are fresh indeed. My favorite one is fishcake, must try. Spacious seating area.

Nice cafe. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
When I visited just after 2pm, there was an extremely limited selection of cakes.... Based on previous reply from owner I guess this is partly related to the impact of covid on trade. Also this was an hour before they were due to close (3pm).
The biscoff cheesecake and americano I had were both excellent.
Sign on door said booking was advised, but I was able to get a table without a booking.
