Chester visited Merryweathers and had a full groom with Shannon. We are so pleased with the results and the wonderful experience we both had. My first few experiences were wonderful, staff very nice and made my nervous dog feel safe and did a fantastic job. My most recent visit was with someone I had not met before and the visit didn't end the same way as previously. Upon collection of my dog the lady informed me of something which i feel wasn't dealt with sensitively at all, and left me very upset indeed.

My dog is adopted and has a history of being nervous with groomers which I explained to Penny before she started and wow I couldn’t have asked for a better groomer!
When I picked my dog up she was at ease, she looked fabulous and for the first time at a groomers didn’t need a muzzle. This is a huge step for my dog and I owe it to Penny’s patience, skills & caring nature. Thank you Penny we will be back again for the next groom 🐾

My puppy had his first groom today, I was a little nervous as my puppy can be a little growlie and unsure of new people, but the Sally his groomer was so gentle and patient with him. I loved that I can park right outside and the large windows allow me to see in, Sally was so so good with my little puppy and I'll continue to use Merryweathers for his next groom! thank you so much again ❤️

We love Merryweathers! My slightly nervous rescue hound always has a big tail wag when we walk in, he loves exploring all the snacks & occasionally helping himself to the pick & mix treats... He comes out smelling AMAZING every time, his coat is so luxurious and soft afterwards! The teeth cleaning service is brilliant as well, the vet has commented on how good his teeth are! The bonus of having a cafe to sit and wait with a yummy snack is great as well. Always lovely staff who genuinely love dogs! See you soon 😁
