I popped in today to try and get a new end for my walking stick as I lost mine walking to work today. The staff could not have been more helpful and even hough they had none to sell, they provided me with one from a full stick to use till I got home to make sure I could get home OK. They were just so kind and above and beyond. Total stars. I will be taking back a brand new replacement for them from my supply at home tomorrow, but a massive thank you to them all. Well done Trespass for hiring such amazing staff.

Can purchase online and pick up from store,especially handy when large clearance is on.The shop is run by excellent staff, always helpful and knowledgeable I find. For best prices wait until the final clearance signs but beware then your size might not be available by then . Lots of mainly own brand clothing and footwear which is understandable but to be fair the quality and performance is excellent for the money. One tip is with fleeces pick the higher rated ones for warmth as they are thicker and heavier, you will see cheaper ones but compare the thickness to decide.

Update : on recent visit found staff very demoralised, and found that higher management outside the store treat staff appallingly and have no compassion for staff and family emergencies. Will not visit again.

Excellent service from Jacob who was very friendly and knowledgeable from the moment I entered the shop - helped me choose the perfect coat for what I needed

I have been shopping at the Range for years so I was glad we now have one in Stockport. It is brilliant that there is Iceland inside. The cafe is good if fact you can spend hours in the store. There is nowhere in Stockport to beat it for Crafting at a very reasonable price. The only downside is that it is very hard for a disability scooter to get round, but that is the only downside.

Very good outdoor winter coats and jackets, also do waterproof trousers. They do have a sale on every now n then. It's best to buy it then. Quality is excellent

Always worth a visit when in Ashton. Good outdoor clothing range.
Plus they had a half price sale on. ?
