If I could put 0 stars I would. They delivered the wrong amount of tiles on a standard order, called up and was on the phone 30 minutes speaking to different people. Got a call from there customer service agent Tracey who said “tough” and put the phone down on me. Stay well away from this company

Fantastic service and product. I was let down by another supplier of a paving circle. I managed to source a better product from Pave World that was couriered to me in the North of England the next day, so my garden renovations could continue as planned. There was a small error in the delivery but this was resolved promptly with no issues. Communication has been great and friendly throughout. I rang before making my order to check stock availability and delivery times, and have had email and phone communication whilst resolving the error.

We searched for a long time for a paving supplier, and eventually found Pave world uk, we were really happy with the service we recieved from Tracey, she knew her products and was very patient whilst we decided which paving to go for. We picked Porcelain tiles, Absolute Titanio, The delivery was excellent, we had 30m2 and had no damaged tiles, as they were well packaged, they made sure the batch numbers were all the same, giving us the same colour throughout. We had to return for more tiles as we wanted to do more in the garden, and they found the same batch numbers for us. Pricing was much cheaper than other paving suppliers.
We have not completely finished the garden but thought we would share our experience on their website. We can highly recommend, Thank you Tracey.
