Although this shop is great, with good staff and range of products, the co-op member discounts are a farce, and I've contacted head office to complain.
Once again, I checked my receipt, and there was no member discount on the product I bought. I was told the label was out of date!! This has happened a few times now, excuses being, label is out of date, or we're waiting for new labels, or, it's a problem higher up in the co-op. Well, whatever the issue, I've not been receiving the advertised discount from time to time, and that is just a very poor show.
I'll see what Head office have to say....

Good clean and tidy store. Friendly helpful staff. Always good offers on, and most of the meat/ general products are cheaper than the nearest supermarket (Sainsbury’s. )THIS STORE does NOT need a self service checkout, it’s a convenience store NOT a supermarket! A self service checkout would, no doubt be abused, by dishonest customers, ( I have seen and reported blatant shop lifters myself ) however this store does need another till for peak times.
