Ordered a 4.5cm Rattlin Hornet. Waited 2 weeks to receive a 5cm straight up hornet in the post, zero communication, had to chase 3 or 4 times. £12 down the drain. Then when queried with Stanford Tackle they told me that Salmo don’t sell 4.5cm Rattlin Hornets…

Great shop, very helpful, also close to Stanford Warren Lake.

Absolute gold mine for the tackle box, always has what I need,

Great supply of shelf life Mainline boiles, hookers and pop ups.

I remember I purchased my Shimanno BX Hyperloop rods at a great price, and they are still going on strong.

Great for all age ranges, well worth a look in.

It's an excellent shop with all you could need for coarse and sea fishing at reasonable prices. The customer service is excellent with expert staff and it's just on the way to the Warren fishing lakes and the river Thames at the end of Wharf Road. If they haven't got what you want they will order it for you.
The opening times are: 8am to 6pm Mon to Sat and 8am to 1pm on Sunday.
I get all my stuff from here and wouldn't go anywhere else, I can't recommend it enough.

Ive been using this shop for over 10 years very friendly family business competitive prices, you can order fresh or sea bait, most baits always in stock, for a small shop it has plenty of tackle for all types of fishing
