Honestly, I have no idea why people still use this shop. The staff are unbelievably rude, grunting at you rather than speaking politely. Clearly the negative reviews have had no impact on customer service!

The staff are soo rude & seeing the other reviews, I’m glad it isn’t just me. It’s always an unpleasant experience. Don’t get your parcels delivered there either because they send them back before the collection time limit. Avoid!
