This place is amazing. Staff are super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that they have a passion for what they do.

The selection of equipment and E juices are second to none. I actually went there for advice on what juice to get for my new OBS cube x a few weeks back and have been back ever since despite having to go well out of my way to go to this particular shop. Prices seem to be great on almost everything too.

Regardless of if you are a new vaper like me, or an experienced cloud blower i am sure you will not be disappointed with this lovely little shop and to top it off there is a great little cafe next door for my weekend visits to get juice 🙂

Walked in and they guy was welcoming. Got a huge... I mean huge variety of juices. Fancied trying something new. Was asked what I vape currently and was offered a very good variety of flavours. Was offered to try some if I wanted. Cut a long story short, walked in apprehensive walked out a happy and will be a returning customer. Very well priced also unlike other places I have been to. Can't recommend this place enough. Top products top customer service.

I visited Planet Plume in Stanford le Hope on Saturday with my wife, the shop is bright and pleasant and the staff and customers are warm friendly and welcoming. As Vape newbies the staff guided us through the huge range of devices and different juice and helped us pick the ones for us. The guys here are really helpful and knowledgeable and the customers told us of there experiences and reassured us that is probably the best way to quit smoking. They set me and the wife up with everything we needed to leave the cigarettes behind us.
After a few days i was not getting on with the vape so popped in to see them and they couldn't do enough to set me up with the right strength juice and make my transition from cigarettes to vape as good as possible. First class service and a great if a little Smokey atmosphere with comfy seating and coffee.

brought my wife an aspire k3 for Christmas as she was looking to give up smoking. went to the shop where was greeted by really helpful members of stuff. I didn't have a clue what I needed, they was really helpful and even said once my wife opened it that they was more than happy to help her set it up. she's been to the shop couple times now and always received 5 star service wouldn't go anywhere else. can't wait to see if they open an online store aswell. thank you again for all your help

Fantastic shop. HUGE selection of juices. Knowledgeable staff always happy to recommend and share what's been selling well etc. Also offered to show me the ropes if I wanted to start building my own tanks etc. My go to shop from now on.
