Had to go here for driver awareness course lovely building and the lake outside filled with koi and common carp that were really big had me fascinated as a fisherman

173 bus from Dagenham Heathway underground station on the district line goes to the heart of the estate. Big airy building but too warm and very poor WiFi.

We've been based at CEME for nearly a year and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are exceptional and are genuinely there to support your business' needs and growth. From free relevant networking events and round-tables, to opportunities to host events and feature in monthly newsletters, CEME is fantastic place to grow your business. The facilities are spotless, and regularly maintained, and the surroundings are beautiful with the fountain and river. Great set up in general, very welcoming and safe work environment. The measures put in place to protect those going back to the workplace are exemplary. From one way systems to floor markings everywhere to remind all.
As an organisation, they also try to help tenants and surrounding (area) businesses to make new connections and to thrive.
So refreshing to know such a pro-active set up.
