Horrid experience, had a parcel from Premiere School but the staff wouldn’t give me because hadn’t had a bar code, even if all odher proof was given, even phone confirmed from Premier…
He just had a laugh when I wanted to collect my parcel, and even kept the parcel for 3 weeks, witch is just unusual, I made sure I changed all my deliveries to a more secure and reliable source.

They said they haven’t got my parcel , then said they will not release without a bar code I only had regular order number, a joker a filthy shopper I will never choose for my delivery or any shopping, disgusting !

THIS STORE TOLD ME THEY DO NOT HAVE MY DELIVERY FROM VERY. THEN SENT ME ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE. TURNS OUT THEY HAD MY PARCEL ALL LONG AND REFUSED TO HAND IT OVER LIARS AND VERY UNHELPFUL!!!!!!
