This has been my local shop for nearly 2 years now. I frequent it often and am very happy with the service, the variety of products, and the friendliness of the staff. It's also super clean and very organised. Definitely recommend.

I came and purchased a small item with a view to requesting a few pound coins in the change. When asked, the young cashier refused saying they dont give change. I then asked if I could get my money back as that was the only reason I was buying. He then also refused that.

I didn't realise asking for some pound coins for a laundrette was so offensive when purchasing items. This cashier eventually gave me my money back (after I started to call the police) and he proceeded to swear and shout abuse at me in urdu.

Not exactly what I was expecting just to get a few pound coins.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all and thankfully as I'm not local will not be stopping here in the future.

I wish these shops would update their opening times ... i left my vulnerable client to nip to this shop to do her shopping only to find that it was shut !!! The opening times says 0630 on here .... but on the door it was 0800 ... i do not come from the area and rely on google to find local shops... it was a total wasted journey and i am now without milk etc as i didnt have time to drive to anywhere else
