We were very impressed with both the store itself & the service we received when we purchased our new sofa & chairs. Julie was very professional & approachable when we asked for advice & sample books whilst making our decision. There was a good selection of furniture to suit all budgets & we were able to look around at our own leisure without intrusion. Once our choice was made everything was explained in clear detail about how to care for the product & how the order form was laid out. We were offered a good discount on our order & took out the accidental damage insurance without having it forced upon us. No pushy sales pitch here, would definitely recommend a visit. We were very impressed with the shop and service provided by Symone when we ordered a sideboard and mirror despite her being rushed off her feet. The delivery wait was 9 weeks but they arrived after 2 - even better! A very pleasant experience.

We called in store on Sat 9th Nov. To purchase new sofas.
The service was outstanding,. Andy introduced himself to us and was very informative and extremely helpful, .
We were left alone to make our selection and when we were ready Andy took us through all the process with expertise and knowledge and no fuss.
On the whole a great experience and would highly recommend a vist.

Lovely furnishings and good prices. Staff as very friendly.
The only thing was we were looking for traditional furniture and their suites were more modern.
But definitely worth a look if you want to modernise.

Fantastic levels of customer service from start to finish. The sales manager Paul is a credit to the business.
Had an issue with my order (not Nettletons fault) but the urgency of Paul's actions along with his team to get it sorted was outstanding along with excellent communication and the problem was sorted very quickly.
Will definitely purchase from Nettletons again.

Andrew went the extra mile. Took on board our requirements and located settees at a fantastic price. Emailed pictures to us. Quality of settees and colour pleasing. No delivery charge a bonus. Rob and Dave delivered furniture with care and with respect for our carpets and doorways on a rainy day. Thoroughly checked furniture over before leaving. Exceptional service from start to finish.
