Convenient but the young Asian girl working on 12/11/2023 @ 9.20am deemed it appropriate to be serving and transacting with customers while on her personal mobile phone, speaking in Hindi?

Not sure how that fits in with company values and expectations of their staff?

This food is spectacular, we have struggled to find a nice Chinese takeaway for such a long time! When I first arrived to collect my food, I was stunned at the beautiful restaurant too. Food tastes fresh unlike any other Chinese I’ve had. It’s a shame they don’t deliver to my house as it’s too far but it’s definitely worth the 15 minute drive for this good food! Staff are very friendly too 🙂

I'm writing a review as i've tried calling the shop 4 times and there is no answer.

Just bought a few groceries and a package of cigarettes. Assistant and manager were more interested in not accepting my charity card which was previously accepted at the Coop. Got home and Keerthan who served me had not put my cigarettes in my bag. Very expensive little shop.

Prices have gone up 10-20%. Interesting and disappointing to see a rebrand - the shop was a co-op before and is now a co-op franchise.

Changes include a wild pricing strategy where nothing is a "normal" price, the addition of 20+ extra security cameras and a different font on shelf labels. All in all it is now less of a friendly local co-op, and I've not yet seen any of the old staff despite them being promised job retention with the new ownership.

As my local shop for bread and milk in my flip flops on a Saturday morning, I'll be going to another convenience store on the parade from now on!

This shop is now under new management, the prices have gone up, the staff have changed they used to be very accommodating, I feel the new owners have employed family members wheres previous staff who were employed there reflected the whole community, communication is hard! this shop has gone down hill in my opinion. I used to shop there at least 3 times per week, i wouldnt brother now, stock is always low, they dont have any fresh bread, or rolls etc in the mornings, the whole point of a bakery is early morning delivery! Also they had a Terrys orange for sale at £4:50 i did inquire why it was so expensive and the male sais "yes good price now" the shop isn't worth the mid week top up shop,no deals or sale item's accept old dry flowers, I'd rather go Tescos.

Ever since the co-op has been taken over the prices have shot up and it’s quite disgusting and greedy, also do check your receipts as you might be paying for something twice! I won’t be shopping here again what a rip off you are

Long queues at times
Security guard followed me and my 8 year old daughter around the whole store the whole time wasnt happy with that would of beena 5 star if it wasnt for these issues

Love this branch. Easy parking, long opening hours. Perfect for a few bits without having to go in a big superstore. Very convenient
