A run down outlet with little or no maintenance being carried out in some areas. Zero curb appeal. Inside is also bad with a general vibe of closure written all over it. Wouldn’t venture inside ever again. Stay away and go elsewhere.

Myself and sister came from Oldham to visit The Mill in Batley, theres lots of different departments to wander round, got some excellent bargains on womens clothes, visited 3 of the cafes, food was excellent, all the staff around the building are lovely friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

Photos do not give a good impression of what this place is actually like. It's an old converted mill, smells mouldy. Not welcoming one bit. I allege that the photos may have been manipulated to make this dowdy place look good.
Could not wait to go home ....

Very large complex with plenty of bargains with some top branded goods especially in clothing. Good cafes at competitive prices. Loads of free parking.

Very outdated but good for it's target audience. The bedding and homeware sections are decent and the teddy bears corner is very cute. They have a good range of teddies, including Charlie Bears and Steiff. The problem is they're located directly next to the cafe, so I didn't realise how badly the bear smelt until I got it home. These are expensive bears so should ideally be kept away from this area

Such a great wide range of products, clothes, gifts, furnishings for a relaxed wander and the opportunity to shop under cover. Coffee shops also available for a break between floors.
