The best experience at Grace and Gown! Suzanne was so lovely and the experience was so individual. Tried on multiple dresses and she was so kind. Found my dream dress and when it came time to pick up Suzanne was great with working around my work schedule. Would highly recommend coming here.

I found my perfect dress here. There was a really great selection of beautiful dresses & the boutique is lovely, light and spacious. Great service from Suzanne who was happy to have me back 3 times with different family members! Suzanne made it a lovely experience and picked out the perfect veil to go with my dream dress. After visiting 3 other dress shops previously, I would highly recommend Grace & Gown ❤️

I chose my perfect wedding Dress. Grace and Gown had the best selection of dresses of the 5 shops I visited.
The changing rooms and mirror are were really big and light so you could see the dresses in there completeness.
Suzanne was really helpful and gave me space to select a few options of various designs rather than offering opinions on which she thought was suitable for my size and wedding destinations. I am thrilled to bits with my dress choice.
Suzanne did pick out a vail to suit the dress which was perfect for me and I didn't feel like I needed to try anything else on after her recommendation.

Suzanne was absolutely fantastic today ? lovely atmosphere, she was so helpful and so friendly. Dresses are all stunning ? Suzanne was so helpful and couldn't do enough. The complementary prosecco for booking also went down a treat highly recommend x

Horrible experience at grace and gown.

We attended the shop as my cousin (the bride) wanted to choose a wedding dress. The customer service from the owner Suzanne was the worst I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. She was rude and judgemental. My cousin tried on a number of dresses on the shop and the owner made comments referencing her weight and the appropriateness of certain dresses. Dresses my cousin might well of purchased if she wasn’t so vile! For reference- my cousin is a size 12 which is a perfectly average size for a UK woman! I dread to think how she treats plus size customers! If you want your dress fitting to be a special experience avoid this place and bitter lady!

Came to Grace and Gown in November to choose my wedding dress ready for our wedding in October 2024. Felt so comfortable and put to ease straight away by Suzanne. This was the first shop I had been to find my dream dress, and even after trying on a few, I went with the first one and I am in LOVE! I was very nervous about trying on dresses but so glad I chose Grace and Gown. Wish I could do the whole experience again. Would recommend Grace and Gown to anyone
