Absolutely first class service and such a fabulous experience for my daughter. The lady was so helpful and knowledgeable. From the moment we stepped through the door she knew exactly what size and what would look spectacular on my daughter. Out appointment meant we had the whole shop to look around and browse and try on and.......we said yes to a dress!!!! Thank you so much Diamante ?

Horrible experience, can’t even explain how uncomfortable I was. The woman in the shop gave me about 10 seconds to put on the dress and was extremely pushy and rude not to mention she was standing right outside the changing rooms which made me extremely uncomfortable because I could literally see her through the curtain, she would repeatedly ask me if I was done or not every 5 seconds which really stressed me out because the dress was extremely hard to put on. This woman clearly had somewhere to be so I don’t know why she agreed to book that day. Would NOT recommend.

I got my nieces prom dress today from Diamanté. There was plenty of dresses to choose from and the service was amazing from start to finish
We were met at the door by a lovely lady, who guided us throughout the whole process, helping to select colours and styles. We found the perfect dress and it was very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend Diamanté 10/10

incredible experience. the staff was amazing and the woman assisting me is incredible at her job, she knew exactly what would look good and recommended some amazing dresses. there is a wide range of dresses and the staff make you feel amazing in whatever you wear. highly recommend.
