I ordered my new PC Specialist laptop three weeks ago on a Friday using their website and it arrived safely the following Saturday, a bonus as I was not expecting a weekend delivery. Creating my specification was easy and enjoyable. I liked being able to balance the spec and the cost. Once ordered I followed the build process on the website and also received an email at each stage. The laptop itself looks smart, well made and appears sturdy whilst being thin and lightweight. I plugged it in, pressed the on button and the Windows 11 process for a new device started and went well.
I am very pleased with all aspects of the Laptop. I could have bought a cheaper laptop elsewhere but not with the same spec and probably with a load of unwanted apps. This is the second time I have used PC Specialist and I would do so again.

I had a great experience with PC Specialist overall. The PC they built for me is excellent—it performs really well, and the cable management is impressive. The inside looks clean and tidy, and the build quality makes it well worth the price. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a solid, high-quality build.

There are just a few areas where I think they could make an already great service even better. The website could be clearer, with more detailed information and improved navigation. I know they already provide test notes if there are any problems, which is great, but I think adding build notes would be really helpful too. It would be good to know if the build went smoothly, if any issues came up, how they were fixed, and whether those issues could affect the user. Including more details in the test notes—like what exactly was tested, if everything passed, and how any problems were resolved—would also add peace of mind during the build process.

These are just small improvements that could make the experience even better. The company is already excellent, and I’m really happy with my purchase. I’d definitely recommend PC Specialist to anyone looking for a well-built, high-performing PC.

As a novice when it comes to custom PC builds, we asked a friend for help. He was able to talk us step by step through the easy online form showing us what was available and how this was compatible. The PC Specialist website gave very clear information to assist the build to ensure everything we needed was catered for.

Once the order was placed we received an immediate notification and there were also regular updates of the stage of the build, images of how the tower looked and clear delivery instructions.

Delivery was through DPD which are my preferred courier as they take care and will always ensure the delivery gets to where it should.

We also received set up emails to ensure that when we unboxed the PC we knew what went where. Which was very helpful.

The PC runs like a dream, is far better spec than an off the shelf product for similar money and I'm reassured by the aftercare available. But we haven't needed it yet.

Would definitely look at using these again in future.

I'm really impressed with how thorough the building system is on the website - it explains everything and tells you if you choose parts that don't match, or if you buy something already installed on the motherboard etc. The process took about a week. When the computer arrived however the instructions failed to mention an internal screw and I couldn't get the side of the case open because of this. I feel it should have been clear in the documentation and when I phoned support they didn't know either. Thankfully I was able to take the top off to find said screw. Other than that everything is awesome.

Easy configuration and ordering of a high end laptop on the website. Sales support were helpful in checking the specification made sense for my intended use case. Laptop was delivered within a week and has met all my expectations for performance. Any questions I had during set-up were answered quickly and efficiently by Technical Support.

Very pleased thus far. Ordering was simple with all hardware options clear and automatic compatibility check. Build, testing and dispatch all clearly communicated and the machine arrived in good time. Any queries I've made have been responded to quickly. System setup was simple although I'm not a fan of sign-on being tied to a Microsoft account. But all told, a positive experience.
