I ordered two pairs of sock boots, money has been taken out of my account but I haven’t received boots. I have sent numerous emails, asking if they could update me on the progress! NO RESPONSE TO ANY EMAILS!! Happy too take your money. Think I’m going too have to get my bank involved in this too get my money back! Absolutely disgusting Customer Service!!!

I’d just like too update this review. The company eventually reached out with an email & I received my boots this morning 29/10/22 I’m very happy with them. Just disappointed that it took almost 3 weeks for them to reach me. Maybe if your ordering keep this in mind. As some other customers have had the same problem. Maybe the company need someone to monitor emails for quicker response. As I think this is why a lot of people get frustrated. So in short I’m happy with my purchases, just Sase need to reply to customers emails 1st time & not the on 4/5th attempt.

Absolutely ridiculous poor service and lack of communication. I placed an order back in April and returned my items which only reached them in July Because they said they couldn’t locate the return parcel. It was with DPD. I was then given credit to use on. I ordered a few things and one pair of sandals was not included in my order. I contacted the manager and she keeps telling me she will send me a pair of sandals to replace the missing item back in August. It is now almost December and I have messaged with no answer or acknowledgment. I will definitely be reporting this shop and business wonder to Trading Standards. You should not be allowed to have a shop and sell and take customers money if you do not adhere to the basic policy of actually sending the goods or refund along with general communication!

Ordered, monies taken out of my account, made telephone call asking, after 7 days where my goods are.(I had previously Used the Chat platform to engage, absolutely useless. Sent email, again silence), I was Assured I would receive a tracking number. Then absolute silence.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I wish I’d read the reviews before I did. Sent back a jumpsuit as it didn’t suit me (at my own cost as they do not offer free returns) Luckily I sent it tracked, so I have proof they received it back. They have continuously IGNORED my emails and texts chasing this refund. It’s been almost a month now and I’ve had to go through my bank to get my money back. Absolutely shameful customer service!! I will never be purchasing again.

This business is a scam, I ordered 4 dresses back in September & still nothing.
I’m in Australia so I expected a delay but this is beyond a joke.
I’ve also made SEVERAL attempts of contact for an ETA or a refund but still nothing.
So disgusting taking peoples hard earned money without sending goods.

Awful and very stressful experience placed a order and paid for item didn't get a shipping message been a long time and had no update tried contacting so many time lots of emails through tik tok and also their website even spoken to girls on the lives and they say to email but I did and still no reply so no item but money been taken .
