This Is a really good company to deal with! It is so refreshing to be able to speak to someone on the telephone -a rarity these days. Chantelle was extremely helpful when we had a change of mind with the wallpaper we had chosen. The wallpaper arrived the day after we had placed the order on both occasions. The prices are much cheaper than other professional outlets and the rolls were well packed on arrival. This is an excellent company which deserves recommendation.

We have had excellent customer service from Chantelle and the people at Wallpaper sales. Another supplier told us a product was unavailable in the volumes we needed despite it being advertised on the manufacturer's website. Another large orange coloured retailer had some in stock but wasn't prepared to go to any effort to find the quantity we needed. Chantelle went the extra mile in confirming it was available and making sure we received the product as soon as possible. The price charged was significantly lower than the large retailer was asking. Highly recommended.

An order was placed from this company on August 23 - never received an invoice for my purchase. 8 emails were sent and still didn't get the invoice. Please stay away from this company if you need an invoice for your expenses.

Staff not particularly helpful. Lots of choice but it’s up to you. Paid for swatches, but these never arrived and no communication form the shop. Went in to chase this up, staff had no interest whatsoever. Have now bought paper from another source, put it up and decorated, while still waiting for contact from this shop. Service at it worst.

This is now my 4th purchase of wallpaper from Decoration Depot, two being for my business and two for my home .On all four occasions I have been impressed with the selection of products available and the service they have provided, which has been excellent. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly and efficient and when it came to advice, samples and delivery I have been delighted.

I really am puzzled by a few of the adverse reviews on here because my experience on all four occasions has been completely the opposite. I know exactly where I will be going first for my next decorating project!
