Amazing! We turned up having never had a boat on the Broads before. The Weclome was great. Everything explained. The demo was perfect and I felt ready to explore with my wife and Harry our Spanial Lunatic. I was ready to go ..... 1 mile down river moored up at the New Inn lol . Thank you Owen ! We had an amazing holiday. Our boat was perfectly clean and faultless. We had a fantastic 4 days. A massive thank you to Ian who drives the boat like a legend - Leon you tried and Thank you mate. We have already recommended you to our friends and we thank you all for making our first boating experience on the Broads so enjoyable. Had ruby emblem 2 this week. Yet another beautiful week on the broads. Boat was absolutely perfect in all respects. Excellent staff Nothing is too much trouble with these guys , easy access to the boatyard. Boat was in position ready and waiting for us , lovely and clean, easy handover to us and away we went. See you next year

Most enjoyable 5 days spent on the Norfolk Broads . Our boat was well equipped and spotless. All staff from arriving to leaving were very friendly and helpful. We were confidently set on our way due to the excellent knowledge and instruction from Coby delivered in a friendly polite manner. Very much appreciated . Thankyou.

We have just returned from a short break with Ferry Marina on Emblem Rose. Our first experience of a boat holiday and it couldn't have been more positive. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful which made such a difference as we didn't feel silly asking questions. We loved the boat which was well kept and had everything we needed. The Norfolk Broads are beautiful and we spent many happy hours just pootling about on the water. Our dog had a great time too and the boats and Norfolk in general are all very dog friendly. We will definitely be back!

The boat was immaculate and the company really helpful. We booked a boat specifically to go under Wroxham bridge. It was frustrating to find out that the bridge pilots won’t take Ferry Marina boats under. Instead you are required to call the office and they send someone out. This was inconvenient and a bit of a faff. It would have been useful to have been informed of this when we set off on the boat, especially as I had discussed the boat being ok to go under that particular bridge. Other than that it was faultless and by far the cleanest and nicest boat we have hired. We had the Jasmine Emblem.

I am a private boat owner on the Broads and on Friday 9.8.24 the engine cut out switch on my 31ft Cruiser failed. I telephoned Ferry Marina who had previously done first class work on my boat such as thruster upgrades, antifoul and polish etc. and the receptionist lady went immediately into the workshop and spoke with an engineer and the reply was can you get here. I was at Ferry withing fifteen minutes and alongside. Two engineers came to my boat immediately, not forgetting this is when hire boats are being allocated, they diagnosed the problem in seconds, repaired and sent me on my way. Thank you Ferry, good to know you care about service, really appreciated. Tony Bell

First time with Ferry Marina. Been coming to the Broads for years, they were certainly a breath of fresh air. Our boat had an issue the week before we were going, so they contacted us and offered us a fantastic upgrade. The boat was immaculate, the staff couldn't do enough for you. The only issue we had was the had no dog life jackets, we had booked her in. We bought her one of Amazon and collected it in Potter Heigham.
We will be back in September

We have just had an excellent week on Solitaire Emblem. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful and we were soon on our way. The Broads are such a lovely place to visit lots of wildlife great pubs and fantastic mooring spots. The broads rangers were extremely helpful either face to face or on the phone. Will will be back.
