On the day I was going on away, I had an issue with my engine and after spending several hours myself trying to sort it I decided to ask for help and within the hour there engineer was on my boat and 15 minutes later all was sorted, the staff are so friendly and helpful you just can’t fault them I’m any way, thank you so much for getting me out of trouble

Boulter Marine had our boat for 12 weeks. Maintenance work to be carried out Included ,engine service, water pump replaced, gel coat repair,full cut and polish, anti-foul, canopy waterproofed, new fenders fitted. We were told it would take a couple of weeks, not 12! On finally collecting our boat, the fenders were fitted at odd heights around the boat, and in some cases barely tied on. The cabin was filthy, the boat had not been cut or polished & the water pump not tested. We left the boat with them for a couple more days. It has become very clear since picking up our boat that the boat had not had the repairs to the gel coat, had not had a cut and polish,the hood was never waterproofed & the engine was not serviced fully. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We feel completely ripped off.

Sonny and his team are always helpful in the extreme. They are also open when a lot of places are shut. Combine that with their reasonably priced 24/7 breakdown service and what's not to like?

I'm in. . middle of probs with my boat. These guys and girl are the best !!! Looked after me as though I was a member of their staff. Never had better service, anywhere, any time !!!! Thank you again.

Boulter Marine had been recommended by Mercury Marine and it was totally justified as not only were they really friendly and helpful but their fuel was at a great price. It was like a full service boat stop along with lots of useful information.

Spent an afternoon on one of their day boats starting from Horning. The whole experience was a pleasure. At £48 for an afternoon, Boulters were the cheapest I could find and starting from Horning was no detriment as the trip up to Wroxham (where most day boats hire from) took just 1 hour and 15 mins each way. Would probably have headed for Horning if starting from Wroxham anyway!
