My car was driven away by them to go in to repair the rear quarter and rear wheel after an ocardo van struck it. This was completed eventually to a good standard but while in there care they broke the front spring ! After returning it to my wife who was 40 miles from home and not saying a thing to her about it left her to drive it home in a dangerous condition. As I’m a long hour worker and didn’t have the time to investigate it an email was sent to them but no response was received after 2 weeks when I did have time was when I had discovered the issue we contacted them again to be told our driver noted a knocking noise (didn’t inform us though) and it’s nothing to do with them as it was rusted. I can assure you I am a mechanical engineer my self and there was no rust on it before it was put into there care. Have attached a picture so you all can make your own minds up. As a result of this I do-not recommend them as a place to go and had wished I had requested the car to have gone to someone else unless you want your car damaged further

Riverdale were excellent with my insurance repairs. From first contact they were brilliant and helped me through the various stages of getting my car repaired . My car was being fixed by the Ford garage for another issue and Riverdale picked it up to do my insurance repairs . Being a driving instructor I need my car for work . I couldn’t believe how quickly they fixed my bumper and grill . It was all done in around 30 hours enabling me to be able to continue work asap .The repairs were done to a very high standard and I’m so pleased with the result . The car was even dropped back to me after. I can’t fault their excellent service . Friendly and they kept me in the loop via what’s app along the way. 🙂

Went and played with my rear bumper even though it was not included in my claim from last year (they was only meant to fix the left wing mirror) bumper only had a small scratch and came back still having scratches on it. I was unaware they were even touching the rear bumper and was curious as to why my car was with them for so long (from end of feb until 2 weeks ago) They then call (ONLY NOW) saying they need me to make a separate claim for the bumper I didn’t want fixed (It still has scratches) so they can get paid for the work from my insurance!! worst part for me is that they are threatening to take the car and replace with the old bumper. How is this my fault when I never claimed for it in the first place! Very unprofessional, a company that lacks accountability.

Worst garage to deal with.
Took my car for small repair, small scratch on rear bumper. Kept the car for 4 weeks, haven’t even started the job and kept lying to me every time I called asking for the update. I have asked to return my car to me and … surprise, surprise, they returned the car with more damage than before, dent in my front door. Someone in the garage has actually did it.

Used Riverdale as the choice of insurance company to repair paint scrape damage by a bus to rear bumper. Can't fault them. Collected my car on time, provided a good courtesy car, returned my car on time, repair work is excellent & it had an unexpected clean inside & out. Wasn't my choice of company at the start but would use again & recommend them.

Picked up and delivered my car back to have front bumper repaired insurance job as someone hit my wifes car and working in the trade myself for over 20 years and some of that doing bodywork myself the finish and colour match was fantastic it’s an old car so not too fussy but better than expected so thankyou ! Don’t leave many reviews but businesses rely on good reviews and I’ll leave them where needed ! Also came back washed and cleaned !

Nice team are capable of some much to sort cars of all types with needs of all sorts
