One of the largest Range stores I have visited.
Everything under one roof.
There is also a café on site.
I was amazed to see a kitchen outlet on the premises.
You can purchase all you items in one place.
They even stock all your favourites from Wilko.
I will be visiting again.

Item priced at £29.99 scanned up higher at the till, member of staff come to check the price realised it was a sale price that ended and they've simply not done there job of changing the label on the shelf. he had to ask the sour faced manager if they would honour the price is says. she simply said we don't have to honour it, not so much as an oh sorry about that or nothing small curly haired thing with a face like a chewed wasp won't return again left without my other items either as didn't appreciate the lack of customer service from a " manager "

The name speaks for itself... It has everything! When my girlfriend is feeling sad a trip here always puts a smile on her face. The stock is always changing so there is always something new each visit. Prices and quality are great and the shop is well laid out

Visited the range on Sunday 20 October and went to the Ladies toilet
How disgusting! Full of human waste all over .I checked the Toilet checked sign
September 10, yes 30 days ago also no toilet paper on one .This was first thing in the morning when everything should be clean. I did report it and hope something will be done .The human waste was not fresh it looked as if it had been there for hours .The doors have creaked since the store opened despite selling WD40 in store
Shall not visit again.

The worst shop ever! The queues are always long with only one member of staff on the till. We purchased an item and as we were leaving we realised that we got charged the wrong price. We went back o the same guy and was told he can't process a refund and that we had to go to the returns till. We waited in the queue for almost 30 minutes for our refund. Very poor service!

love the variety of products,
enough car park space,
cute cafe but pricey.
One star less only because you don't have
the same products you have online.

Other than that great selection, also love the frozen food aisle. Fantastic.

Came in to shop and got to the tills. Once I got to the tills, I was in a queue waiting to be served. What appears to be a manager comes around near the tills, pretends to ignore my presence, and speaks to the people behind me, asking them if they are paying by card. She then directs them to go in front of me. The audacity of this manager screams subtle racism. I felt humiliated and was left speechless. I will not be returning back to this store ?.
