Called in for a cuppa with family and had the best time. Got some veggies from the greengrocer stall and had a nice wander about reminiscing. It's not a patch on how it was in the old days, but it was nice to visit

Came to look at a tapestry that has been recently put up that my late Great Uncle did. Love to view the older Norman part of the church at the rear but, the church as a whole is worth a visit. The new Vicar is very friendly and welcoming.

Love how the old market hall has been revamped.
Some great food vendors in there also. Worth a visit.
Historic market place surrounded by bar, restaurants and vintage shops.

Beautiful building in the middle of lovely ‘old’ Stockport. A proper market with a fantastic fruit and veg seller and an amazing bread and cake stall as you walk in, nearest the church entrance. Surrounded in all sides by other great indie shops.

Was here for Foodie Friday and the vibe is just fab! A really nice selection of food stalls and drink, as well as great weather on a pleasant summer's day made for quite a nice experience altogether!

The regeneration & transformation of the Mkt place & Underbanks is now bearing fruit. A mooch, a drink & a bite to eat on a sunny afternoon is always rewarding. Foodie fridays are still popular & offer a wide range of street food as does the Mekong Cat close to the brewery.
