Excellent experience from start to finish. Cat was patient and methodical in sorting the designs for our kitchen and utility room. We had many revisions of the plans until we settled on the design that we finally had installed. The installation was smooth and Dave the fitter was fantastic. We are now the proud owners of a fabulous kitchen and utility. We would highly recommend The Kitchen Store for design and product.

We'd been looking at kitchens for a while and chose The Kitchen Store - Horsham after visiting the shop and speaking to Cat.
Cat went above and beyond helping us to choose the right colours to match our style, improve the layout and the conundrum of repurposing an under-stair cupboard into useful pantry draws that would match the kitchen - which Dave our kitchen fitter bespoke fitted.
Dave our kitchen fitter was superb, professional, tidy and worked like a Trojan - nothing was too much trouble.
Special thanks to Gabby for keeping on top of the admin stuff to ensure everything went smoothly.
We love our new kitchen and I'd definitely recommend The Kitchen Store to anyone who is thinking of changing theirs.

We are nearing the end of our house renovation but the kitchen family room is now complete. It looks stunning and we believe it is even better than we had hoped for.

We visited a few kitchen design stores but chose a Masterclass kitchen because of the range and quality of units and accessories. We chose the Kitchen Store in Horsham for their willingness and attention to detail even when we were only costing things out initially.

Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding in helping us design our kitchen. He was also extremely patient as it took us over a year to go from the initial design to the final version. We were happy to pay a deposit to secure our chosen kitchen and Steve kept in contact with us to check on the progress of our renovation. He also visited us during the installation to ensure we were happy with how everything was progressing.

Dave the kitchen fitter was excellent. He worked incredibly hard to fit the kitchen by himself. He was a pleasure to have on site due to his consideration and his happy nature. He has been back to do all the little tweaks required upon the settlement of the installation and after the floor was tiled. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

We would like to offer our extreme gratitude to Steve and Dave for their work and to Gabby for the project management. We would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone wanting a bespoke kitchen designed and installed.

We have just completed our refurbishment of our new home and we picked the kitchen store Horsham to fit our wonderful new kitchen.
To say how very happy and pleased we are with the finished kitchen is an understatement.
From the initial meeting with Cat who was amazing professional efficiant and helpful to the completed project.
She gave us confidence in every stage of the process. Cat redesigned the kitchen from our original plan and we are so grateful she did as it is perfect. The kitchen functionality works brilliantly and is a joy to work in.
The product quality and finish is outstanding.
Harry and James fitted the kitchen and were also very professional and nothing was to much trouble. They worked quickly and were extremly tidy they also did a brilliant Job.

The Kitchen Store Horsham designed and fitted a kitchen, utility and media unit for us in a new extension. I approached Cat very early on in our building process with a clear idea of what I wanted. From the moment I talked through my ideas and showed her my mood boards she immediately understood what I wanted and it was clear to me we’d be able to get the right results with Cat and her team.

The designs were great from the outset and we only made tweaks as the time went on. We had a bit of a wait whilst the building works took place and Cat kept in touch and monitored progress as we went, visiting on site so we could be sure what she had designed would still work. The design for the kitchen really inspired many aspects of our open plan living space.

Gabby supported the project throughout and the fitting process was quick and efficient with Harry and his team. The few snags we had were handled easily and without problems by the whole team. From end to end this has been a stress free and enjoyable process. Cat has been a star throughout and it’s been a pleasure to work with her and incorporate her designs into our improved home!

We had a MasterClass kitchen designed & fitted by The Kitchen Store Horsham as part of a total house re-design & refurbishment project. The whole process from our initial visit to the Horsham showroom, to the fitting of our kitchen was professional, helpful, and efficient.
Cat designed the perfect kitchen to meet our needs & fit the size & style of the space. The functionality is great & visually it is everything we wanted it to be. Cooking is a pleasure in such a lovely kitchen & entertaining here is going to be fun!
Installation was organised very efficiently by Jess, & Dave did a wonderful job of fitting it. Nothing was too much trouble & communication was great throughout the process. We made several changes to our choices along the way & this was always met with patience & understanding & a readiness to assist.

I can’t recommend the team at the Kitchen Store enough - I’m delighted with my new kitchen and the Kitchen Store team made what is a big job which can be stressful, so much easier. From initial consultations with Cat, we worked together to bring my ideas to life with Cat helping me see what would or wouldn’t work but all the time appreciating I also wanted something a little different that reflected my style. Once the build started I was lucky to have Dave as my kitchen fitter. His attention to detail and truly wanting to get it perfect for me was so much appreciated. Having someone in your home everyday for a month can be a lot but Dave made it easy and I can’t thank him enough. On the last day I couldn’t believe the kitchen was mine it was so lovely. The quality of the units and worktops are excellent and I know will last and look great for a long time. I also needed new flooring, plastering, lighting and plumbing and the team co-ordinated everything for me to make things as easy as possible. Thank you to all the team for helping bring my dream kitchen to life I love it!
