Pete has saved my bathroom project and my sanity. Incredibly patient and knowledgeable person who slowly explained how to use every tool and product. Two members of staff seemed very happy to inform my partner and I we were unable to get the free dewalt item when sending over £150. Horrible attitude of both members and was unable to raise a complaint without being laughed at and shouted over. Will never use this company again. False advertisement and horrible staff.

This is for Nesrine R as she has been really helpful with my 3 weeks overdue refund thqnk you nesrine!!!!unfortunately I can't do any unsatisfied review for the manager of horsham called Mark, I have returned the ronseal sprayer which wasn't working which I returned another 1 before with same issue but this time store manager decided to try it himself and he thinks it's working and decided to not refund me and I didnt even know about it,and he had my phone number but haven't had trying to updated me SHAME ON YOU .IM SO GLAD THERE IS PEOPLE LIKE NESRINE AND OTHER GOOD PEOPLE THERE TO SORT THE ISSUE NOT THE CREAT ONE ....
