Good shop with plenty on offer. One of those handy shops that has most of it. Downside is that the prices in a lot of cases are not displayed. Otherwise, absolutely fine.

Super shop, well laid out, bright and clean, always like a visit and always purchase. Found some outdoor chairs straight away and have been looking for a while now. Plenty of free parking. 👌

Have left feedback before but it would seem it got removed. Guess it’s not what they wanted to hear. Lovely staff who seemed deeply unhappy ( though you could clearly see they were trying to put on a happy face for customers) as previously mentioned in my removed review I felt incredibly sorry for staff as their manager seems to be trying to run a dictatorship. Heard her speaking to staff with utter disrespect and belittling them! I only wish my business was bigger as I would employ them all and show them what it’s like to be valued and appreciated. I do not believe this is a company wide problem as have visited a few other stores and all seemed well. Again the floor staff very helpful and kind but it didn’t seem like the manager was keen on them assisting customers. Something needs to be done, didn’t see the ladies name badge but did over hear one of the men who was working call over to her and and I’m sure he called “Tasha” or something along those lines.

Staff are really lovely i here had a faulty computer chair and swapped it straight away manager Laura was so helpful made me feel so much better

Not overly busy but plenty of items to choose from.

We cane in for a browse but ended up buying some minor household bits and some sweets.

The staff were kind and courteous and as it got busier, they opened additional tills to get people through alot faster.

Queue at check out was more than 30 customers, yet only one cashier on tills. Needless to say, people left their basket s and left the store.
