Great experience using Harrison's a few times this year. Top class service even during the summer holidays, which is undoubtedly their busiest period. Great communication from the team with regards to an online order of an item that wasn't in stock but was delivered to store ahead of schedule whereby I was called to inform me it was available to pickup. Collection was expedited with a dedicated collection point, too.

I went to Harrison’s this morning to be greeted by such a lovely lady,she was very friendly and helpful also knew exactly what I needed.
She was brilliant with my son!
We also met the lady who owns the business she was just as wonderful as the lady helping me.
Both so helpful and made us feel very comfortable and welcome.
Considering how much stress they are under with parents frantically buying uniforms we had a wonderful experience!
So thank you ladies,we will be returning 1000%

Ordered my daughters school skirts on the 23rd July, told they didn't have them in stock but they would be in the next week and they would ring me when they were in. I didn't hear anything so rang them last week to be told they still weren't in. Tried to ring multiple times yesterday and today. Finally got an answer this morning and the lady told me the skirts will be in Saturday (my daughter starts at school Thursday) but I could have a refund as long as I have a receipt or an exchange if not. Managed to find my receipt so went in to get a refund (as I got skirts that fitted from elsewhere). The manager/owner was rude and unappologetic and told me that because I had ordered them over 30 days ago I couldn't have a refund. I tried to argue with her I didn't even have the skirts and explain to her that my daughter is short and I won't have time to get them altered. She told me they have a 20 length instead of a 22 but I was not told this when I ordered and these would still be far too long for her and need altering. Her customer service was appaling and she did not try and understand my point of view and was abrupt and rude. I said I had rang in the morning (I'm pretty sure it was her who I spoke to) but she told me I should have told them the date I'd purchased the skirts. I told her that they didn't ask and said I could have a refund as long as I have a receipt. I tried to be organised and get the uniform at the start of the holiday and I do understand that things happen and its not in their control that the skirts didn't come in when they should have but she had no sympathy for the situation and ended up walking off. I ended up having to get items I didn't need to make up the cost of £33.98. The lady who served me was so lovely and really helped. The owner really should sort her customer service out, she lets down the lovely workers there. Im gutted we have no choice but to get uniform there as I would not go back ever again

*update - took goods back and got a full refund of my skirts. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the 30 day period does not apply because the goods were not received.
*Check your school's uniform list as I was able to get 2 skirts from a supermarket for £9. Some schools allow you to shop elsewhere for skirts for a fraction of the price of here and that actually arrive on time.

Sad we had to queue at entry and wait for staff to call us through as they have had items stolen,but shopping was good ,staff very pleasant and helpful. We got everything we needed.

Brilliant service, three different schools to shop for and easy as pie with the personal service from a member of staff. The lady who helped was brilliant, helped with trying on, sizing, was patient and polite and very helpful. I did not feel rushed or flustered and actual enjoyed the school shop for once. Came out with everything we needed and what we couldn't get was ordered for us. Three happy children and happy me, the personal service is a great idea and something I hope they keep in place, this makes the dreaded uniform shop alot easier.

Buying for my grandsons school start in September, so I was a little out of practice. Jill helped me with what I needed. Very fast, friendly service. I wasn't expecting to walk away with everything I needed. 😊

Love shopping here. The staff are friendly and will help you find exactly what you need and if they don't currently have it they will order it in for you. I love that if it isn't too busy you will always get one on one help which makes what you need even easier to find. I Was in and out within 20 minutes equipt with blazers, jumpers and bags. Would definitely recommend.
