We booked an appointment yesterday to test out some new bowls before deciding what to purchase.
We were allowed unlimited time to get comfortable with eliminating various sizes and brands to get to our perfect set of bowls.
We were then allowed to test them on both the indoor bowls rink and short mat rink.
We were looked after perfectly by both Jayne and Abi who were amazing.
Would definitely recommend Potters Bowls Shop for first class service.

As Potters not allowing any day visitors at moment we called and asked if we could go to the Bowls shop. We were met at reception and taken to Bowls shop. Lady who dealt with us was very helpful and helped us with our purchases. Very pleased with service received.

Seriously if you have to travel more than 5 minutes to this shop then I wouldn’t bother, it seriously lacks customer service and they don’t stock hardly anything, lack of various trouser sizes and lack of Henselite jackets to try on, in fact they had 1 jacket which someone had returned due to it being the wrong size so I was told to order whatever online and pay for shipping, complete waste of time.

After placing an internet order with Potters for new Drakes Pride Pro 50 bowls in a specific colour I received a phone call immediately to say that the order could not be executed because the colour requested was not availably - in fact availability of these bowls was quite difficult with a 7 week lead time. I was offered a different option and the lady staff member made several phone calls to try and find a suitable alternative. As it was not possible I cancelled the order. An email was received within minutes with the credit note for the order. I was impressed with the effort made by the staff member to find a solution and with the very prompt way the refund was handled! Thank you.

Ordered a set of Aero shoes from here, they weren't in stock but offered to get the supplier to send them to me direct, which they did. Had them within 3 days. Couldn't ask for better service, excellent customer service also.

Went there on a Saturday, unfortunately no Bowls staff on duty, but a lovely 'Potters lady' helped with our purchases, so everything was sorted. Shame that we didn't get to see Greg or any of his staff, as the shop advertises on the internet that they are open 7 days a week!! Thank you Potters!! CJC

There is a big stock of good bowls clothing and equipment here but it can be a bit on the expensive side. I bought a new set of coloured Taylor Ace bowls which are great but soon after getting home, I saw the exact same bowls locally for £40 less so do your homework first and be price aware.
