Great value shop. Brilliant collection of Hornsey Pottery. A real shame that a few spoilt brats have gone out of their way to grind axes with bad reviews over a very difficult period of time for independent business during COVID.

Wow! Rude staff is to put it lightly!! Absolutely disgusting attitude to my friend yesterday who wasn’t wearing a mask due to being a chronic asthmatic.. She stayed away from public at all times and was belittled and embarrassed by a staff member in the shop! When going into other shops/food outlets near by they all said how rude the staff are in this shop! AVOID!! Don’t give them a penny!!

Several items are out of date and when I pointed them out to the owner they didn't seem to care. Will not return.

Edit: The manner in which you are replying to reviews on here, I think speaks volumes for your level of customer service skills.
Also it would be pretty difficult for me to have a girlfriend called Gemma as I am gay.

I can assure you that you did. I walked in the shop, looked at your drinks and as I said thank you and walked out of the door,as my back turned you rudely said you forgot your mask, when I said I’m sorry you replied to me your mask you forgot your mask. I then replied and said that I am not required to wear one due to health reasons and you snorted at me. I have never been so mortified in my life or spoken to like that in such a tone by anyone. I am just glad that I am in a different place then I was a few years back because you really did speak to me so horrible with no respect. I appreciate that there is many people with health issues- however please think next time that the way you speak to someone will effect them. It’s nice to be nice please remember to be kind you never know what someone has been through. #bekind
