I have been to Watch Nation a few times over the last year to buy watches at a good price. However, I have found the staff unfriendly particularly the people who are always packing watches to be delivered. It’s my impression that they don’t get many customers actually coming through the door to look around and buy watches. Rather, the business consists of people buying watches online and the shop posting them. It is disappointing. I won’t be returning to this shop for the time being.

Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with. Watched arrived in damaged box and in two pieces. Watch nation could not be bothered to reply to emails or respond to phone calls regarding my issue, this has gone on for well over a week, when eventually I did get through they promised to send me a 24 hour return label so I could hopefully get this wrapped up for Christmas. As you can imagine I am still waiting. Very surprised some of these established brands are using a cowboy company like these as a authorised dealer. My mistake for not reading the recent reviews on feefo which the majority all same the same regarding very poor customer service.

This is the second time I have used this Company.
And I wish all the rest could take note. I ordered on a bank holiday Monday and the Watch was on my wrist on Wednesday!!
Cannot fault them. The watch arrived safe and sound and exactly as promised. I love it

I thought I had found the ideal watch company but excellence is determined as much when things run smoothly as well as when they don’t. My wife bought me a watch for my birthday and it was an amazing gift. I found immediately that it was losing time. I phoned watchnation and was told that I needed to give it a chance at that it sometimes takes time to regulate.

I contacted them again weeks later and explained I was having the same issue. Now they really didn’t want to know anymore and sent me a pretty general reply with an address that o need to send it too as it was now over 30 days. They also insinuated that if it was because of damage caused I was not covered. It’s as if we had never committed before. I am still waiting for a response.

Thankfully the movement of most watches are very good so you won’t get into this situation but I’m really not impressed.

Sometimes it’s worth paying a bit more and buy it from a reusable source.

Perhaps they will reply to me sometime?

They finally replied and even having sent the watch to Seiko three times for repair they will not stand by the responsibility to the consumer. Unfortunately the only course left to me is a CCJ and getting in touch with my credit card provider. All this since July!

One of the best if not the best experience I've ever had !
Amazing service, called them to know about duties and taxes as I live in France, the man was very kind and helpful!

Ordered my watch yesterday morning and.... Received it TODAY !!! Even better than Amazon prime 😅
