The Gift Box in Hoole, Chester is amazing! There are cards and presents for every occasion, and balloons blown up while you wait. The owner Sophie and her assistant Karen are really helpful, and VERY soon there is going to be a new clothing department upstairs! I can’t wait!

So grateful for these guys being so helpful today! We were travelling to Manchester for our niece and nephew's birthdays and a balloon we had already done at home popped. I called the girls at the gift box en route and they took payment over the phone and had it ready to go as we drove past five minutes later. Absolutely appalling customer service , Telephone Manner was rude . I only wanted a number 2 balloon blowing up as I was buying balloons from the shop anyway . I also asked for a car balloon the lady was just making up excuses and when I told her that I found her tone of manner to be rude she just put the phone down on me. The other shop I rang went above and beyond and had no problem blowing up the balloon .Would not recommend this shop
