I'm a little delayed in writing this, however, Michelle at Rosedale Florist beautifully and impeccably created our vision for our wedding day in April.
Michelle was easily contactable, always bubbly, smiley, and making efforts with us to ensure we were happy with what we were getting.
She was knowledgeable and showed us examples, worked with our budget, ensuring we didn't miss out and advised us that if we need to get rid of this or that, what would look odd and what wouldn't.
Michelle ensured our colours would match and did everything we wanted and more... even bought a spare tie to ensure a correct colour match!
She kept us in the loop throughout the process and was an amazing support closer to the day when I started to panic and worry!
Such an easy lady to get on with and sooo over the moon with all she did for us! Definitely worth the price!

Last month I was chosen to train for Ordination, and a friend in Lancashire sent flowers through Interflora as way of celebration. I was absolutely thrilled with the selection, freshness and longevity of the bouquet: so much so, that I have attached three photos showing how they fared over a good two weeks. Thank you to Rosedale House for delivering some beautiful blooms. Would definitely recommend.

Where do I start!
In the planning meeting Michelle listened to our requests and looked at our inspiration pictures to create a plan for our day. Then we received our plan which we adjusted with no issues when our numbers/table decorations changed.
We received communication throughout and I appreciated the message to let us know everything was ready for the day.
On the morning our flowers were delivered to the bridal accommodation at the agreed time and then set up at the venue. All in a professional and timely manner.
I had a special request of incorporating my nanna’s roses into the bouquet which was achieved seamlessly. I was able to carry the most meaningful treasure with me throughout the day.
My family have used Rosedale house for years for our occasion flowers and even though my expectations were high, they exceeded these on the day.
The flowers were an integral part of the day for me and more importantly in wedding planning, Michelle created our vision within the parameters of our budget.
I cannot thank the team enough for their efforts and provided happy tears on the morning of our special day.

Rosedale florist did the flowers at my sister-in-laws wedding. The flowers that we received were quite different from the flowers that were requested. However, the bride was understanding and simply requested politely if the florist would be able to add more vibrancy and colour to them. The florist responded with a rude demeanour and was not very apologetic. The florist was not helpful but after a discussion with the bride she did offer to take them back and fix them. When the flowers came back the next day (morning of the wedding), they were the exact same and no changes had been made. I’m disappointed mostly with the attitude and rudeness of this florist. I think we could all do with being a little kinder to the people that are paying so much money for a service on their special day. If you advertise a service, please follow through with your promises (& kindness)! Pictures of what were requested (captioned small weddings) vs what we had received are attached. She has blocked the mother of the groom because we asked for a partial refund!

Unfortunately I can’t seem to respond to your response. I’d like to say thank you for your response. I appreciate your perspective and would like to clarify a few points. In no aspect of your response have you apologised which is disheartening.

Firstly, while we understand that floral design can be subjective, the main issue was the significant difference between what was requested and what was delivered. The bride did indeed request additional stems for more vibrancy, but the flowers returned on the morning of the wedding did not reflect the changes discussed.

Regarding the communication of specific flowers, the bride did provide her preferences during the planning process. We understand that certain flowers might not align with your usual selections, but clearer communication on both sides could have helped align expectations.

The bride’s polite acceptance of the flowers on the morning of the wedding should not be mistaken for satisfaction. On such an important day, it is common for brides to avoid confrontation to ensure the day goes smoothly. Her focus was on enjoying the wedding, despite the disappointment with the floral arrangements.

Our primary concern was the attitude and rudeness encountered when addressing these issues. Weddings are special occasions, and a service provider’s demeanor significantly impacts the experience. We believe that every client deserves kindness and professionalism, especially during such significant moments.

Given these circumstances, we would appreciate a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. This would help mitigate the disappointment and demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction.

We wish you continued success and hope that future clients receive an excellent service that you are hopeful of providing.

Rosedale house done our wedding flowers. 4 bouquets, 4 buttonholes & 2 garland/ decorative pieces. Michelle understood exactly the colours I was going for and the simplicity & elegance of the bouquets I wanted & knew exactly the type of flowers & arrangement style to recommend and show me. They were even more stunning in person than I could have ever imagined & smelt beautiful. So many compliments on them on the big day. Excellent communication throughout the process. Never had to worry once. They were ready exactly when they said they would be for collection. Would 100% recommend and definitely return to using Rosedale house in the future.

We used Rosedale House for our wedding in September and were so glad that we did- the team produced the most amazing arrangements which really set a stunning background for the day. Michelle was absolutely fantastic throughout, and made the whole process so fun and enjoyable! No challenge was big enough either, including a large flower arch which she and the team completely pulled off and made for a wonderful backdrop on many of our photos. The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful and I received so many compliments throughout the day on them. I would highly recommend Michelle and Rosedale House to anyone looking for a wedding florist or for any other reason! Thank you very much Michelle and team X

I received an absolutely beautiful bouquet of very unusual roses and complementary flowers the weekend before Valentine's Day as a gift. The entire collection of flowers have lasted well over 3 weeks and even now are only partially fading, 4 weeks on. I fully recommend and would certainly use again.
