I had a steak and onion pie to take back to our holiday cottage.
It was fantastic, tender pieces of steak and the pastry melted in your mouth.
So good I ate it all myself with mash and gravy.
Eccles cake for pudding also a winner.

Offers offers offers! Look for the offers! This one was 2 Sirloin steaks for £10! Hell yeah! They were amazing!
Probably the best flapjack, moist raspberry and white chocolate, EVER! OMG !
It's all made on site, pork pies, sausage rolls, meat pies.
Not surprised that it was non stop business in there. If you are self catering in the Hornsea area, then it's definitely worth popping in!

One of my absolute favourites in
Hornsea. I'd called in on Tuesday but due to the horrendous weather they were closing early - no one about. Called back Wednesday - pork pies, chutneys, coleslaw, potato salad and sausages 😋
I'll be back next week for more. Keep up the good work. Nice, friendly staff, nothing too much trouble

Work visit to Hornsea. Stopped at this shop for a Chinese chicken sandwich. Freshly made £3. Additional 50p for salad which is weird. Had to throw half of it. Forced myself to eat what I could. Awful flavour. Wouldn’t recommend for a sandwich.
The shop is presented nicely. Hopefully it’s just the sandwich filler that did it

We have lived locally for five years or so, and today made our first visit. We grabbed some lunch and for two baguettes, crisps, drinks & cakes it came to £14.80. The food was delicious and fresh, the staff were warm and welcoming. The lemon cake was absolutley delicious. Five stars+!

The pork pies are the best I have tasted for a long while,and the steak pies are filled with the best meat ,no gristle.
The only ones my Grandson will eat.
The pork pies and the steak pies freeze perfectly.

Very nice home baked pies and tarts, everything made on site. Their baked ham is really tasty - I've given up on stuff in packets since I discovered this shop. They make great rolls too - absolutely stuffed with filling - and everything else you need for an impromptu picnic. Butchers counter could be improved though. Often it's not open so you can't rely on it for meat.

Great produce, much is made fresh on site. Everything seemed very hygiene conscious with only 2 allowed inside at a time, and even the packaged goods were of a better quality. Home made goods were very reasonably priced for the standard.
I can vouch for the sandwich baguettes, the quiche, the flapjack and the scones (they come with little packets of butter, jam and clotted cream), all that was under £8 and there was enough for all day long.
There were many more options and an interesting butchers counter too.
